Experiencia fantástica: I’ve always been a fitness person, and have done stints all different kinds of gyms (bootcamps, CrossFit, martial arts, big name commercial, etc). F45 is probably my favorite of all. Workouts are athletic and challenging, but are also fun and efficient. 45 minutes of burn! Along with the type of workout/burn, up there in my list of criteria is personalization. I’ve gone to gyms where you could be there for a month and still no one knows your name. From the minute I walked into F45 diamond bar, I was addressed by name. Stephen, Dominic and Oscar are all very welcoming, and and are helpful/motivating during the sets. Another huge plus is that the gym is clean! Glad to be at F45!

Experiencia fantástica: Many gym' s or workout classes might say they care about their members or their members are like family but it's just a facade to get you to buy their product or subscribe for a membership. But at F45 Diamond Bar Steven and his professional crew of coaches really do what they preach. Steven has gone above and beyond to make most of the COVID situation. From turf to misters to hauling all the gear and equipment in and out every day so the members can enjoy the equipment and gear we pay for. This crew of pure professionals in my humble opinion is second to none.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition. The trainers will really push you and help you with any fitness goals you have. During the pandemic, Stephen has also been constantly finding ways to improve our outdoor and indoor setting to be as safe and fun to workout in, in order to follow the county guidelines.

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t believe I finished 10 training classes within 5 weeks and did I mention I drive from Monterey Park to Diamond Bar just to attend their classes? I feel like I have gained more muscle and I look better physically. The workouts were insane, so I was able to challenge my body at every set and I could feel my heart rate soaring. I give F45 Diamond Bar 5 stars, the only con is that the monthly cost is a little steep you get what you pay for but in the end its worth it

I love coming to these classes because it’s always so productive with high energy . All the classes essentially offer a surprise which makes it even more exciting everyday. They are challenging , but as you push through the workouts , they are worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been wanting to try F45 for a long time and only heard great things. The owner Steven really takes care of you and is very kind and welcoming. Due to COVID I was skeptical to come back to the gym but this studio is safe, new, and very clean. They check temperatures, thoroughly clean/sanitize the equipment after each workout, and have the highest quality air purifiers. In addition to the recent lockdown they moved the gym outside and now have shade tents, misters, and artificial turf. The outdoor gym is super professional and doesn’t make it seem like you’re missing out on anything when the studio was in doors. All the trainers are very motivating, supportive, and they make sure your form is correct to prevent any injuries. They push you to achieve the best in a very fun and positive way. I really feel that they are all very observant and are committed to helping each person. The workouts are awesome and are always changing so you don’t get bored of the same workout. I also like how there are TV monitors to show you what exercise you’re doing and how it’s timed because that helps me keep myself accountable. F45 can be for all levels whether you’re lifting heavy or starting out. I’m excited to continue and see the F45 DIamond Bar community grow. I would 10/10 recommend F45 DB. Truly the best and safest fitness studio in our city. Stephen and all the trainers are the best and truly care about our healthy and safety.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined F45 Diamond Bar on July 1st, have been going there almost every day since I joined. Coaches David, Emilio, Cole, Yoofi, and Nicole are really patient, helpful, and inspiring. They push us and cheer us while we work out. And if they see members having a hard time following, they would suggest we do a modified version of the workout. Since we are in a Covid-19 pandemic, they sanitize the equipment immediately after each set of exercises. And the coaches also sanitize the floor as well. It makes me feel really safe working out in this gym. I also want to thank owner Stephen for being so thoughtful and accommodating. Since the indoor gym is closed, F45 moved the workout area outdoors. Since moving outdoors, he has bought extra canopies, misters system, and artificial grass to make our workout more pleasant. I love their programs too - We do cardio on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and do resistance and weight training Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. No two work out routines is the same. Saturday is an hour of hybrid mix workout with DJ playing music in the background. If you are looking for a gym that feels like family, this is the one. Members are very nice, we push each other. I'm happy to see familiar faces every day. Thank you again for all the coaches and Stephen! You guys are awesome!!

Experiencia fantástica: I came here after my bootcamp shut down. I was pleasantly surprised at how fun it was and by day 2 of my 1week trial I was sold! The trainers are great at pushing you and also at providing modifications. It is also nice to be at a place that is covid-proof during these times. Everyone gets their temp taken before entering class, when switching stations everyone sprays the equipment down, and the trainers are always masked up. When it’s hot outside they have misters and fans and they also have fun led lights and music. It’s always a good vibe when you come here. If you are on the fence about trying it out DO IT! I love F45 Diamond Bar❤️
