Experiencia positiva: Nice gym, really has the gritty gym feel to it... The lady that works the front in the morning is extremely cool and always nice! My only real complaints would be the gym is kinda small with not much cardio at all. Would be great if they threw a couple heavy bags up as well.... Non the less, still a good gym though!

Experiencia fantástica: Mats are clean, members care about the gym and tend to while after themselves. Your allowed to use chalk which is a plus along with it being available for use. Can’t say enough about it!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best gyms in Wayne County. Staff actively cleans the gym. Members are conscious and require mask when working out. Every night there is a cleaning staff that comes in to sanitize for the members. Great gym for all levels of fitness. Want to compete in bodybuilding this is the place. You just want to get into shape? This facility has all the machines and essential cardio equipment for you. Stop by and sign up for a great gym that is making it's comeback from Powerhouse. Tino has put in serious effort in making this gym great for all people!

Experiencia fantástica: Easily my favorite gym that I’ve ever been in. The owner is awesome and constantly making improvements and adding new equipment. This gym caters to literally everyone, bodybuilders, powerlifters, even new lifters. As long as I live in this area I will never go anywhere else. Update: Shortly after writing this I looked up from doing cardio and noticed 2 new machines that I hadn’t noticed yesterday while being here. They also added 3 new stair masters. This place improves so much I can’t keep up. Something new every week. I love this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym downriver. Everything is always clean and very well organized. Maintains the cleanliness and positivity that a grade A gym should always have. All Iron weights as well so cant go wrong there. Prices are also very reasonable

Experiencia fantástica: Everything you could possibly need. From the very beginning all the way to the seasoned advanced body builder, powerlifter, strongman, and athletes all the way around. Great ownership, great staff. The staff cant control every single individual every gym and environment will turds‍♂️. The gym is also quite clean witch is always a plus for your gym experience.

The environment is everything to expect out of a real gym. And I highly recommend this gym to anyone on any skill level.
