Experiencia fantástica: The best crossfit gym in the area, you get concentrate on mobility and strength training. Trainers actually train and want you to improve. They tailored specific exercises to help improve my mobility with my flat feet.

Experiencia fantástica: Great spot to drop into when visiting Detroit! Amazing Gym, they have classes and open gym available. All seriousness they have all the toys for a fitness fanatic like me!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to a training session yesterday and it was amazing. David my instructor explained everything we were doing which pushed me to do the workouts because i knew what i was working on and why. It was like a real class and we worked out instead of reading and writing. I not only felt better within my body i felt more aware when i was working out. The people there were all nice and helpful and the facility is clean and welcoming. I really enjoyed my training! Thanks David and Jen!

Experiencia fantástica: This is an awesome CrossFit center , fantastic gym , coaches and community. Dave was awesome , very engaged and always inspiring for better results. Also the community is fantastic , I met some pretty cool people. Their weekend WODs are the best. The smoothie bar next door is a great add on. Special mention for Ibis who was the coach in most of my sessions - fantastic coach , helped me a lot with unlearning and learning basics.

Experiencia fantástica: The owner of this gym is a great human being. I am currently on a cross country bike trip with a group of others. We stay in local churches for shelter for the night, which means most of the time hose showers. When one of the members of the groups called the gym asking if we could use the showers instead of having to take a hose shower, the owner did not even question it- did not question how many people, didn’t question for how long- and even offered to host us for the night- on the same day we called. We were blessed to be able to have a hot shower on such short notice. If I was from Detroit, this would be my one stop shop for a gym!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent CrossFit Box.... I dropped in while in downtown Detroit for business. The Coach (and owner) was one of the best I've experienced. The facility is spacious and very, very well equipped. I wish I could make this my home box. And the WOD was Elizabeth, so our class of 10 slogged through as a team. Definitely a place where newcomers and new-to-Crossfit folks are very welcomed. A strong 5⭐.

Experiencia fantástica: On a road trip in the USA and wanted to get a WOD in, emailed prior and sorted most things online then dropped in for a session. Dave is a great coach I only had time for one session and he helped my technique on a couple of movements which I will take back home with me. The box has a great amount of equipment fully loaded and the atmosphere is great.
