Experiencia fantástica: I am currently in town on a mini vacation. I wanted to do more than run on the beach so I gave them a ring. Easily one of the nicest facilities I have ever been to. State of the art equipment and a very friendly staff. They also have a very nice locker room. I would recommend this gym to a friend.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved here from Vegas so when I tried out Gold's Gym in Ft. Walton and Destin I was pretty disappointed with the atmosphere and facility overall. Destin Health and Fitness is sooo nicely decorated. Beautiful people everywhere here makes you motivated to work out... The classes are awesome too and the instructors are super duper friendly. The staff is awesome.. I love this gym. It's super clean, super trendy, and they have a 24-7 gym that works great for my hectic schedule. If you are from a big city and are looking for a gym with the same qualities.. definetly go here!

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly cannot say enough positive things about Destin Health and Fitness, First of all, the gym staff is very clean and sanitary —you will constantly see the staff cleaning the equipment as well as the floor, televisions and towels, windows, etc. I have NEVER seen such attention to detail (at least in a gym). Second, the staff is incredibly friendly and educated when it comes to training and dieting. Third, they are constantly seeking to improve their approach to customer service by welcoming new ideas and business ventures that provide unique add on services like a Top-Notch Barbershop. The overall gym experience is simply above the rest.

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility! I almost skipped this gym because of some of the reviews but I'm glad I didn't. It appears they have corrected any previous issues because all of the equipment was clean and in great condition. This will be my go to spot when in Destin.

Experiencia fantástica: I first hit this gym 5 years ago while on vacation from Illinois. I couldn't believe how nice a gym it was and how clean it was. It had everything I needed for a great workout. I belong to a Golds Gym back home in Peoria Illinois and I'm used to the best of the best. This gym is just as good. We travel to Destin every other year for the family vacation so I have used this gym with other family members several times. I always come back to this gym for my workouts. Hope new management is keeping it looking good.

Experiencia fantástica: This place used to have issues but it's been completely redone many months ago with people that care. High end equipment and everything is clean. It's now amazing. Check them out for a day, I'm convinced anyone will come back. Great job new management and owners.

Nine knowledgeable and extremely talented personal trainers and a friendly staff and Lots more to come . Definitely worth joining

Experiencia fantástica: Clean location with all the necessities for a full workout. Staff are welcoming and polite. For folks coming into town, like us (OH, MN and IL), they have a week package you can purchase for family and family members. Very convenient arrangement!
