What a great choice, members and coaches were welcoming, knowledgeable and all around great people. I was there only 3 months, when I left it felt like 3 years and I consider everyone family there. Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for open workout 19.3. When I first contacted the box Josh responded quickly. I was very impressed by how friendly the staff and members were. Multiple members introduced themselves and invited me to eat their food. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in Waxahachie.

I have achieved more goals in the small amount of time I've been a member here compared to the years I have practiced crossfit! If you're looking to improve this is the place to do it!

They make you feel so comfortable like you are part of the family. If you want community and to get in shape this is the place to be!

Experiencia fantástica: The atmosphere of the gym is great, the feel of a close knit community. The coaches are wonderful and extremely helpful to get movements down and personal improvement. Constant goals are set and met with the driving competition. A wide variety of all ages, and a great place for all fitness levels.

The coaches makes sure and correct any bad form to make sure you don't injure yourself. To me that's the most important thing is to do the workouts right. The community there is great for everyone and very welcoming. Our experience was defiantly life changing.

Experiencia fantástica: Started coming to this gym about 7 months ago. I had zero knowledge of CrossFit when I started and I wasn't sure if I would like it. However, this box has made me fall in love with it. The trainers are all knowledgeable, patient, funny, and just fun to be around. If you're on the road and need to drop in, I definitely recommend this place. They always take time to help the newbies without taking any time away from the seasoned athletes, and they will welcome you with open arms.

Having only been here 7 months I can say that I am stronger and more confident than I have ever felt pre and post baby weight! The community Josh has formed is welcoming and supportive beyond measure. Show up, put in hard work and you won't be disappointed!
