I found the environment very upbeat with with a fun and comfortable vibe. Was nice to see a kids corner and things for the smaller children that are waiting. Enjoyed and will definitely be back .

Experiencia fantástica: Free week from Valor! I tried the Fighter fitness class, felt really good to get back to working out. Great class and great people at Valor. There is a variety of classes offered. Think I'll try the ju jitsu class as well.

Experiencia fantástica: The boxing class is awesome. It gives you a great workout using boxing technique so you’re learning and improving the craft while getting into shape. Boxing at Valor is different in this way because most other boxing gyms in the area charge you $ to run and do other strength and conditioning drills that you can do on your own for free. The class is taught by Charles Ellis. He’s a professional heavyweight who fought at the highest level, he even beat James “lights out” Toney. The man knows what’s he’s talking about and his class is a lot of fun. The facility is top notch and the price is more than fair.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been practicing jui jutsu for the last 6-7 months at Valor. Can't speak highly enough of the instructors and staff. The instructors are professional, competent, and enthusiastic, with no regards to your skill set. The owners are honest and practice BJJ themselves; they seem to want to promote and share their love for the sport more than just make money. Since I joined, I've enrolled my stepson and got my son-in-law involved as well. Valor is a family orientated, veteran friendly facility that I highly recommend.
