Experiencia fantástica: Has all the equipment I need, including sauna and tanning bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Familiar faces, as in my fellow gym members, makes it easier not to feel judged or in the spotlight. And it's only 5 minutes away. 2 thumbs up!!

Very clean! friendly clients and staff. 24 hour access, big screens to watch while cycling or on a treadmill, if you don't like what's on...you can just change the channel with the remote on your machine. They have a tanning booth, sauna and handicap assessable stalls & showers. Affiliated the the family fitness in Sherman with a pool & jacuzzi!

Experiencia fantástica: Was quite impressed with the facilities, and we were able to set up a membership that works for us. The fact that we can use other clubs is a good option. Denison has a dry sauna and tanning bed. Sherman has an indoor pool, etc. Looking forward to getting some training help.
