Experiencia fantástica: This gym is very comfortable and never crowded in which I love . I took majority of my class in here like Zumba, Ripped and Hawaiian dances.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic facility with helpful staff. Utilized the BodPod technology to obtain a comprehensive report of my weight and muscle mass. The examination was quick and informative with some guidance given throughout. While not for the “serious” gym goer, this gym is adequate for what it is. A family gym. The indoor track is a little weird but you fit it where you can, kudos.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice facility that it well maintained and staffed! The employees are very nice and helpful! Lots of equipment and an indoor track make this facility an excellent place to go to for fitness. As an added bonus it also is an Army Wellness Center and can help with nutrition and exercise programs scientifically designed for the individual based off body fat content and resting metabolic rate.

Experiencia fantástica: Way less crowded than Wilson, with the huge added perk of having the indoor track. I am not a fan of treadmills, nor am I a fan of running in the wet and cold, so this is perfect.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for a workout. They offer a bunch of free fitness classes to DOD ID cardholders which can be found on the JBLM MWR website. This facility also houses the Army Wellness Center, they have all sorts of high tech machines to help figure out your body mass index, and what not (like the egg pod thingy). All FREE. You do have to make an appointment with the AWC though for your fitness assessment.

Experiencia fantástica: A lot less crowded than some of the other gyms on post (Most of the time). Lots of different cardio machines. Clean locker rooms. No complaints here.

Experiencia fantástica: They have more to offer then I can list. It's a great gym and they have experts and high tech devices to help you learn how to lose weight.

Experiencia fantástica: I liked the open feel of they gym. Lots of machines, weights, and t.v.'s. Not very crowed mid morning.

Experiencia fantástica: Good place for military members. Good number of exercise machines. Also has the AWC that helps people work on improving health to one's optimal level.
