Experiencia fantástica: It’s moved and it has a lot of equipment. Paul the owner has a nice place. Bill trains me there and is very good.Has the equipment I need for a great workout. No fancy bathrooms or showers however not necessary. All members are very nice and I never feel out of place or intimidated by muscle heads. Everyone says hello to each other and all ages work out here. Worth the extra money to use a locally owned gym for sure

Experiencia positiva: Great gym! Got a day pass for $12 and it was well worth it. They have cardio machines (bikes, recliners, rowing machines, treadmills etc), barbell sets, weight machines and plenty more. Only knock is some of the equipment is old but everything I used worked well. Come here to get a great pump.

Experiencia fantástica: Have had memberships to each chain of gyms: (YMCA, Gold's, and LA Fitness) and none compare to this gym. The Firm has a great atmosphere and very friendly environment. If you have any questions, several of the trainers are willing to help and make sure your time spent at the gym is worth every penny!
