The energy is contagious and always someone there with the know how to get you to that next level. And yes, its a place where people take training VERY seriously, but dont take themselves too seriously. As long as I live in the Tri-State there is no other gym for me. Here's to 30 more years.

Always there to help if you have any questions regarding health, form or certain exercises. No matter if you are just starting out or have been lifting for years this gym has EVERYTHING you need. Like is said before the staff is phenomenal and even the members are all respectful and willing to help!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a really great gym. Very affordable and it has a lot of equipment. the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and there are trainers available. Keep in mind this is a serious gym where people are there to lift heavy and are serious about their exercise, which is really great because it inspires you to do more and get in the shape you want. I can't stand the Planet Fitness vibe so this works for me

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent 24 hour gym for those serious about powerlifting or bodybuilding, or anyone just looking for a decent locally owned gym to get a good workout in. Monthly cost is not expensive at all for what you're getting, although it can get crowded at times (specifically the after-work crowd on weekdays, although I go in the mornings usually to work around that and it's fine). People that go here are generally friendly, dedicated, hard-working and know one another. Plenty of barbells, specialty barbells, squat racks, machines and benches as well as a dedicated deadlifting platform. Cardio machines and a stretching room as well. Basically, if you're looking for the opposite of a Planet Fitness, this is it. And that's a good thing!
