To me, the best things about this studio is the supportive, inspirational, non-intimidating atmosphere where I have been able to learn to use the reformer and grow stronger. With new instructors and new classes, there is something for everyone. Don't hesitate to try the studio, they are very welcoming!

Michelle, the owner, is funny, kind and has an upbeat personality; She is a terrific coach. In addition her team is fantastic and share the same energy. I just love this gym always look forward to a class there.

Experiencia fantástica: I tried a bunch of studios before finding this gem and now Im addicted! There is a great variety of classes at convenient times. The equipment is great, the space is clean and the instructors are all top notch. Anything with Michelle will kick your butt right into shape.

Experiencia fantástica: I visit the Ft Lauderdale area frequently and my friend and I tried this studio in January. I can't say enough about all the instructors and the owner Michelle. I love it there. I wish I could find a place like this in NY (you would think I could). My friend still goes to 4 classes per week for Pilates and I go anytime I am there. This past week when visiting not only did I take a few different type of Pilates classes but I also did a TRX class and a private boxing session with Michelle. Loved them both. I have never boxed before and it was exhilarating. I can't recommend this studio enough. I would give it more stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: My girlfriends and I were in Ft .Lauderdale and wanted to try Pilates I googled and found BODY COUTURE. WE ABSOLUTELY Loved the Pilates class it was my first time trying Pilates the instructor was phenomenal my girlfriend has tried Pilates many times and said this was best class she ever attended. We loved it so much we came back the next day for TRX and it was just as great we often visit different workout studios when we travel this One was great!! Keep up the great Work!! We will see you next time we are in the area

Experiencia fantástica: I started at Body Couture Pilates & Fitness in January and I LOVE all of the classes and instructors. I started right away with 4 classes a week, prior to this I stopped going to the gym for 2 years. I can't believe the difference in my body since I started. Every class I take I do better and better and feel better and better. I really like the jump board classes, the reformer classes are great and so is TRX. The owner is amazing, the staff is amazing. They are always available and when you are in a class they show you how to do things properly.. I can't say enough about this facility. It took my 2 years to get my butt in the door and so glad I did.

Experiencia fantástica: Body Couture Pilates and Fitness is a friend gym, with great instructors they focus in the postures and they perfect way to do exercise... it doesn't matter your level of train because resistance are adjustable and everyone get the workout it's needs in the group classes.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the best boutique gym in Fort Lauderdale. The trainers are amazing and extremely experinced. The owner and her staff are friendly and accommodating, always willing to help fit you into a class. I've tried their pilates on the reformer which really gave me an all round work out. Their yoga is fantastic, the spinning is a sweat inducing workout, their boxing kicks your cardiovascular into high gear and the TRX session works every muscles using your own body as a challenge. Like I said no, comparison to any other facility. From private to class based workouts, it satisfies all ages and experience levels. Do it, join now!!
