Experiencia fantástica: Wow ! What a COMBO! Barre +Boxing + Pilates !!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so in LOVE with Union Barre. It is truly my happy place. Pilates, barre, and boxing are the the perfect fitness combo. I have seen so much progress in my flexibility and seen more toned, lean muscles. All the instructor are amazing. All classes are incredible workouts with a fun ( what I like to call “club” ) atmosphere and it is a place where anyone at any fitness level can feel comfortable to push themselves! Updated: I just took a private boxing lesson with Gloria and it was intense and great! Gloria was very a accommodating with working around my busy schedule. She ran drills for me that were more dynamic and one on one. It was really helpful to get feedback on my form. And as always it was such a great work out!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been attending this gym since it first opened and my main complaint is that it suffers from an identity crisis. When it first opened it seemed to be committed to 2 things: boxing and yoga. Since it's opening I've seen instructors come and go and a lack of consistency in their offerings. They've now reduced the boxing to half of the space that is under construction at the moment. The last boxing class I took was going on at the same time at UBarre. And the last time I was there the boxing class was cancelled because the teacher was sick and there was no sub instructor and I wasn't notified (which had happened before). UPDATE (1/28) After I wrote this review the owner, Gloria, reached out to me on the phone to talk about the changes in the studio. First of all, I've never had a business owner reach out to me after a review. This shows Gloria's dedication to her clients and her business, which I appreciate. Second, with the unveiling of the new boxing side, they've added some free classes, which is generous. I took Gloria's class last night and it reminded me of why I decided to come here on the first place - great energy, awesome music, and a super satisfying workout.

Experiencia fantástica: So excited! Buti and Boxing?! This is just awesome! The classes are great. The space is amazing. The water bags are perfect. You can bring your own gloves or “borrow” them. Great energy. Great instructors.

Experiencia fantástica: Do you want to "get it on?" Show up at the Union and you will "go the distance" and get a great workout inspired by great staff. Gloria and Meghan are some of the nicest young women in the business and they make you feel welcomed, but they will kick your butt. Their new place is sparkling clean and ready for your sweat! Be prepared to get KO'd!

Experiencia fantástica: Many U Barre clients, like myself, are taking both Barre and Union Boxing/BUTI Yoga classes! We can't stop talking about our new experiences at Union. Union is truly a close sister to U Barre. I attended the first BUTI Yoga class offered at Union a week ago (go, Meghan!) and you could feel the energy and love for Union and its owners, trainers, and clients! Clients feel valued and welcome for who they are and what they can bring to Union--they are not just another face/client. Besides a challenging and fun--where everyone is smiling as best we can!--workout, it is feeling valued that makes Union stand out from the rest. I highly recommend signing up for Union classes!

Experiencia fantástica: Boxing classes at UNION are a workout like no other. This is another venture from the owner of UBarre, Gloria, and she knocked it out of the park again. Fernando makes you feel like you're training for a real match and Megan adds HIIT training to keep that heart rate up. You'll be sore, but so glad you did it. GO GO GO.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! Not only is it upbeat, fun and challenging but the instructors are lovely. I am so grateful this just opened in my neighborhood! Fernando went through all of the steps to make sure beginners were comfortable and you can tell he has his heart in it! Can't wait to come back :)

Experiencia fantástica: If you want to sweat your butt off, work every muscle in your body, and have a blast doing it, this is the place for you. My favorite workout! Beautiful new studio, fantastic location, motivating teachers, and amazing workouts. Definitely check this place out.
