My daughter loves to come to her trainings every day. The coaches are very knowledgeable.I highly recommend for you or your kids. They have groups for every age !

Experiencia fantástica: As a former athlete, I enjoyed competitive sports and the varied coaching techniques that went along with athletic training for different sport events. I believe I am enjoying my D1 workouts due to the trainers/coaches diverse training techniques and the lack of monotony. I believe I will meet my goals at D1 due to this diversity. Training D1fferent has its perks!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been with D1 Deerfield Beach since they opened their doors in October 2020. I've trained in many gyms and systems, and hands down, D1 has become the standard institution for training, performance, and development. Any age athlete and adults who are newcomers, fitness enthusiasts, and those who want to reclaim their physique from their younger years should be joining to enhance their athletic capacity! Following D1's training methods and adult workout system helped me optimize my full potential in helping me lose more than 60 pounds. Losing those 60 pounds was not easy, and I am thankful D1 has many outstanding trainers who teach the Adult Classes, such as Joe, Luke, Maddy, & Brittany. My trust in them has helped me become mentally and physically stronger, and they consistently inch me closer to my fitness goals. By the way, working out in a 21,000-square-foot facility with state-of-the-art equipment make my workouts and everyone else's that much easier to enjoy.

The trainers are professional and knowledgeable and work on so many different aspects of the body and the game. They also offer different workouts everyday so it doesn't get boring or stagnant. Experiencia fantástica: I joined D1 Training in Deerfield a few weeks ago. I was looking for an athletic strength training class and that’s exactly what I got and more. The coaches are very professional, know what they are doing, and push you to go hard and beyond. I do a group class but you still get that personal touch which pays for itself for the membership fee. I am glad I came across this gem!

My daughter asks to go back everyday and even insisted I took her to performance camp today for 5 hours. She LOVES it and we are so happy to have D1 locally.

HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE PROPER FORMS OF RUNNING, STRENGTH AND AGILITY TRAINING. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF TRAINING, HIS COACH PULLED ME TO THE SIDE QUESTIONING ME ABOUT MY SON QUICK DEVELOPMENT. I SIMPLY REPLIED, "D1 TRAINING PROGRAM". THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AT D1 TRAINING. GOD BLESS!!

Experiencia fantástica: My 14 yo volleyball protégé is rehabbing from ACL and double Meniscus surgery. While doing PT 3xs a week she is training her core and upper body bar D1 with the amazing Coach Tony until she can do more. D1 and their staff can get your healthy athlete into better performance shape but they can also get your rehab athlete back through their recovery journey. I thank God for Medon, Coach Tony and the staff. We will come back better and stronger.

Experiencia fantástica: If you want some coaches to push you and make sure you are doing the exercises the proper way.. this is the place to go!! I go 2-3 times a week and Ive worked with Coach Ashley and Brittany, they have different training styles but BOTH ARE A BEAST!!

I learned about D1 from your trainer Ashley and I am so happy to say that D1 is my new gym home. The adult training consist of smaller groups which allows the trainers to focus more on your form and technique which is so important. You also have the opportunity to experience different trainers who all have their own styles yet they are all competent and extremely knowledgeable. Also, I enjoy seeing the trainers train the children as it is obvious that they too are passionate about pushing these kids to their highest potential. Last but not least, the staff is great and greets you from the moment you walk through the door. All in all, I would highly recommend D1 to anyone who's looking for quality and effective training for either themselves or children!

What I like about Ashley’s approach is that the adult workout is simple but effective and challenging. This formula has allowed me to torched calories while maintaining and building lean muscles mass. I noticing that I am getting stronger mentally and physically. Experiencia fantástica: I started going to this gym three month ago and I love it. If you are looking for a gym where you can perform at your best and get in the best shape this is it. The coaches are amazing. I have taken classes with Carlos, Kenny, Brittany and Conrad and they all have challenging work outs and push you to get better each class. Do yourself a favor and check this gum out you will not regret it. The people at front desk are very friendly and everyone treats each other like family.
