Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym! The coaches are fun and do a great job of making sure everyone uses proper technique throughout class. The classes themselves are quick, challenging and fun, and there's so much variety that they never get repetitive. I'm starting to notice big changes in my endurance and strength after a few months of training. I definitely recommend this gym for anyone looking for a great variety of challenging workouts and has a busy schedule!

The workouts have a lot of variety and are fun even when they are challenging. I love the strength days especially - but highly recommend to anyone looking for a new work out option.

Experiencia fantástica: I just switched gyms and I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of F45 Decatur. Night and day difference from my precious gym. All of the trainers are very welcoming and energetic and are great at challenging me to push myself in a positive way. The workouts are different from anything I’ve experienced at other gyms and you can expect something new and different every time you go.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Quality Great alternative to crossfit. I love the fact I can just walk in and all equipment is set out and ready to go. The fact the class is run on a schedule you know it's going to end on time and you'll be out of there in 45 min. Staff is friendly and provide good motivation during the class.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean facility, a lot of class time options, knowledgeable and certified coaches...they are compliant with the COVID-19 protocols put in place by the state of Georgia. This is the place to be to safely get fit and have fun!!

They are motivating, encouraging, friendly, and actually pay attention to your form and help you if you're doing any of the exercises incorrectly. I've tried several F45 locations, but this one is by far the best!

They are fun and encouraging, but also knowledgeable about exercise modifications and pointers that can be done at home. Very happy with the quality (and results) I get with F45.

Experiencia fantástica: Updating my review after a year of membership - fantastic studio, fantastic staff, and I’ve never felt healthier in my life. I’ve tried nearly every studio in the area and these classes have the most consistent impact. The classes are always different - not only day to day, but month to month, the class structure changes and movements and equipment change so that you don’t get bored. Recommend 100%. Studio is sparkling clean and still looks brand new.

Experiencia fantástica: I love F45. I have been stuck in a stagnant workout routine for awhile. F45 workouts are different everyday with either a focus on strength training or a focus on cardio training. Saturdays are a combination of strength and cardio with a DJ spinning the tunes. The coaches are very motivating and super friendly. This is my workout finally!

Experiencia fantástica: This program is so dynamic but at the same time inclusive!! Since it’s time based intervals it doesn’t matter if you are super fit or if you are freshly back in fitness. Lots of modifications available to make things easier or more challenging and tons of functional movements to strengthen the whole body!

Experiencia fantástica: Just left my second class with this facility. The staff is super friendly and encouraging. The workouts are challenging without being deleterious. The trainers will push you to your limit and then show you how to go beyond it to excel. It feels good to look around the room and see other making break throughs inbtheir fitness journey.
