I really appreciate the coaching from instructors and how supportive and affirming they are. I love that I’m already noticing improvements and yet I’m still challenged every time I go in. Every time I go to 9Round it’s a new challenge which prevents me from being bored of the same old routine. I am a petite woman and I feel empowered by the time I leave my session. Experiencia fantástica: Extremely overdue review. I’ve been coming to this 9round location for nearly a year and I absolutely love it! Starting in the midst of the pandemic was tricky because of the risks involved with going to a gym, but the team here did such a great job with keeping each round clean and sanitized after the bell rings, and implementing a scheduling system to keep everyone socially distant. The trainers are so much fun to work with and the owner is awesome! Definitely check 9round Decatur out if you need to get fabulously fit!

Huge shoutout to Kanesha, Jordyn, and Mary for always pushing me and helping me get stronger every day. This place truly is my therapy and I genuinely look forward to my workouts every day! I love that I don't have to think of my own workout. I just show up and do what I'm told. It's quick, it's effective, it's killer. I don’t get to go as often as I’d like due to my schedule, but I’ve only been going for about 2 months and seeing MAJOR results. The guided workouts and different workouts daily are so amazing and great for me! I normally go into a gym and don’t know what to do or where to start first! So I love the fun structure of it! And the owner Kanesha is a God send ball of positive energy and light! I highly recommend this gym!

Throughout my workout, I received affirmations and really encouraging words to push me through it. I didn’t think I would make it through and by the time I looked up, I was finished! What I can say is that I won't go to any other location!!! I've received nothing but encouragement, guidance and support during my sessions!!!! Often, I will feel unmotivated or lazy but pull myself to the gym... knowing the trainers are going to push me to have the best workout possible. This is the first gym where I’ve felt community, craved to workout, and gained a new soreness and yet energized experience afterwards that’s flowed into my other habits, improving them. Experiencia fantástica: This 9Round location is by far the best. I was a member of 9Round Decatur for a year before I moved to Hiram which is too far to still attend. I saw GREAT results, the trainers there were encouraging supportive and most certainly pushed me to accomplish my fitness goals. I MISS THE WHOLE TEAM....the whole squad is amazing from the owner to the newest trainer that started while I was attending...everyone is great at this location. I HIGHLY recommend this as your gym of choice for all those within the surrounding area of Dekalb county.

Experiencia fantástica: All I have to do is go for 30 minutes, give as much of myself as I can give for the moment, and come away with hundreds of calories burned. I know that I will be encouraged to push as hard as I can by the expert and friendly trainers; more importantly, it is much easier to push as hard as I can since my mind is preoccupied with the boxing and kickboxing exercises/drills and the many unique exercises that I am pushed to acheive. I suppose I am trying to say that at 9Round, working out is actually quite fun!

The workout is intense but only 30 minutes, there are no class times so it works with your schedule, and the instructors are both encouraging and well trained. Experiencia fantástica: This workout is no joke. It will kick your butt! They switch up the workouts daily so your body can’t get used to it. It’s nice that you have a heart rate monitor to actually see how hard you are going during the workouts or if you could push yourself harder. The trainers correct your form so you don’t hurt yourself and they let you motify the workouts as well, but they still push you to see results!

The stations are timed so I don't have to worry about being there in time to start a class. I just walk in, get ready and start at the beginning of the next 3min station!

Not a canned response, but a genuine text wondering where the heck I had been . When I got back to the gym, it was like no time passed and I fell into step right away. My gym is such a warm and inviting space and after two days back on the grind, I really don't know what I've done with out it.Thanks 9Round!

Experiencia fantástica: I went for my first time last week and ended up joining. It's a great workout and you are in and out within 30 minutes. Full body workout, no breaks, but at your own pace. I've had the pleasure of working out with three of their trainers so far and each time they are right there helping you with proper stance and making sure you don't hurt yourself. Highly recommend to anyone looking for maximum results for minimal time!
