Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! From the owners, to the coaches, and right down to the athletes it feels like family here. I had a knee surgery and once I was good to go the coaches were great at adapting the work outs to what I could do until I was 100%. I also love that they are community minded and give back. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: If you want a CrossFit box in DeLand that will push you to be the best version of yourself, CrossFit Berzerk is the place! The coaches thoroughly explain the WODs, do a proper warm up to help prevent injuries, and are attentive throughout the workout making sure that you are using proper form to protect yourself, and get the most out of each workout. They use Mayhem programming (regarded as one of the best out there) which is tough and challenging, and will help you build strength, stamina, and endurance. After doing CrossFit locally for over 4.5 years, I can say that CrossFit Berzerk provides you with everything that a CrossFit athlete is looking for - amazing coaching and programming, great atmosphere and camaraderie, all at a fair price.

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Berzerk is the original CF box in DeLand. It is under new management and I am loving it! The coaches and members are awesome and it feels so welcoming. The WODS are challenging yet able to modify everything to individual needs. The new owners are all about community. I just can’t say enough good things about this place! I highly recommend it for all levels! Come join the fun!

Experiencia fantástica: I am always unsure about going to the gym bc I am a plus size girl but Curtis adjusts the work outs to my abilities while pushing me to do my best. Even though my work out might be different then some ppl I still feel like I fit in and no one judges me. It is often feels like a little family, everyone cheering for each other.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to CrossFit berzerk on and off for 6 years and I love it. The classes aren’t overly crowded. You can always scale down the work outs to your level and Coach Curtis will help you do that.

Experiencia fantástica: I started working out at Berzerk a year ago. I love how much knowledge Curtis has. He helped rehabilitate me through an injury (from a previous gym), modifying workouts and always thinking about what is best for me. He does a great job of encouraging me, knowing I can do more than I think. He’s always watching form, making sure all movements are done correctly to prevent injury. Each member gets the support they need, as an individual. There is also a family atmosphere. Everyone cares about and encourages each other. I am so happy I made the switch to Berzerk!

Experiencia fantástica: Joined Berzerk a couple of months ago, and am really happy with the quality of coaching. The workouts are super fun, varied and challenging - and coach Curtis is excellent with feedback and coaching cues for every single member during every single wod. Even the warmups are thought out and carefully crafted to suit each wod, which is important for my old beat up knees. I have tried other boxes in the area and can definitely say that Berzerk is top notch. Try it out!

Experiencia fantástica: I moved to DeLand last summer, and the members and coaches have been so welcoming to me. I have been a member of two other Crossfit gyms, but I have had some of the best coaching at Bezerk. Curtis and Julie have really helped me develop as an athlete because they are more than willing to break down any skill that may cause me trouble... and they happily do this many times which is awesome. The work-out environment is so positive, and everyone is always cheering each other on no matter the age, race, gender, or ability level. Although I am away at school in Michigan a lot, this gym is one of the things I look forward to coming home to the most.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member here for over a year now - I've never consistently worked out anywhere for that long, so there must be something special about CrossFit Berzerk! I showed up out of shape and sedentary, and a little bit afraid. I have never regretted it. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. The group exercise concept was new to me, as I had only attempted working out by myself on machines in other gyms. The group classes allow you get meet new people who encourage you in your fitness journey. This is the real judgement free zone.
