Experiencia fantástica: Great facility for athletes! Had my daughter's birthday party there and they had a trainer that worked the kids out and did an indoor wiffle ball game with the kids. They absolutely loved it! Trainer was amazing! Lots of space and very clean!

Experiencia fantástica: Great classes, instructors, and environment. Love the workout split. This allows for proper recovery in each muscle group and allows me to work at a much higher intensity. For example, this week was Total Body - Monday, Back and Bi’s - Tuesday, Legs - Wednesday, Chest and Tri’s - Thursday, Total Body - Friday, Coach’s Choice - Saturday.

The attention the coaches pay to the athletes is excellent. After 1 month we are noticing growth already in both of our children. There is nothing like this place anywhere else.

My son does the sports training and thoroughly enjoys the training and feels it enhances his ability to perform at his best on the field. The adult boot camps are high energy, you go at your own pace and they incorporate cardio, strength training and core. The trainers are all knowledgeable, professional, positive and motivate you to be your best.

Each coach/trainer is challenging, positive and motivating. They run on time and have a large, clean facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I have done physical therapy there four times. The staff is friendly and attentive. Each time I get a little bit better from my chronic pain and fatigue. Ask your doctor to refer you to the Sports Specific clinic in the D1 building. Bonus, you get you see hot people working out.
