After noticing all of the positive changes it has brought to my life, I've made it a part of my daily routine. They have classes every day of the week at multiple times a day. Their schedule is ideal for me since I like to start my day with a great workout and know that I've done something good for my health for the day. And if something changes in my schedule, I know I have options later in the day. I feel like I'm on autopilot when it comes to knowing what muscle groups to target, what workouts to do, or how long to exercise. If I ever need help modifying a particular exercise, the coaches are there to help me with alternatives, correcting my form or encouraging words. I always get the most out of my workout. The community is another reason why I love F45 Lake Mary. From the owner to the coaches to the members, everybody has been very friendly and extremely helpful in helping me reach my fitness/health goals. Overall it's been a great experience! I highly recommend F45 Lake Mary!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this facility. All trainers are nice. So far my favorites are the owner Burcu and Gustavo. I am yet to try Joseph’s class. Clean, professional and friendly place. Love their Y Bells and functional area and workouts. Owner is very friendly and a fireball of energy and motivation. Love the concept of functional training in a clear and effective coaching delivering what is designed for everyone. I will suggest a kids club in near future as they settle down in their business.

F45 makes me feel excited to work out and I’ve already started to feel stronger. I couldn’t do one push up before and now I can finish a 35 second set of push-ups !! Highly recommend :)

You can also expect plenty of individual coaching during each class, which is a welcome change from many other similar gyms where you're often left on your own. Great community and great people, and very highly recommended if you're looking for an effective HIIT-style workout regimen!

Each class is different and the coaches are great when it comes to pushing you and giving you alternatives for every move set. The location is great and close to home and the number of classes offered fit easily into our schedules. The trainers are extremely knowledgable and motivate you to become your best self. It has been great to watch so many people change their habits and lifestyles since we all joined. I've seen my body change and improve all over and I keep getting challenged because the workouts continue to push and evolve. They were so helpful and inclusive, I loved it immediately. The coaches would be quick to jump in with a modification if needed or provide suggestions on my form. The members were so friendly to me. I’ve had my baby now and will be going back soon, I’m so ready! They are amazing and high quality, they actually reached out during my pregnancy to check on me via email, even tho I stopped going for a while due to fatigue. Top notch people there

I have worked out at other gyms in the past that were either a boot camp style or HIIT style but i always felt there was something missing. F45 truly encompasses its name. It is FUNCTIONAL exercise done in 45 minutes and it has given me the results I’ve been striving for. I love that each day the types of exercises are different which makes it so much fun to come to class. Every Coach is AMAZING!! Coach Gustavo, Coach Breanna, and Coach Grant are truly masters at what they do. They all have high energy, positive attitudes and want you to succeed at your goals!! If your debating on trying out this gym, just come check us out for one class and I promise, you will not be disappointed!

We have been going since October 2020, and both have seen significant results. Any body type or fitness level can go and be successful. It's seriously a community; we all support each other and have a blast!!!
