It’s an intimate experience and focus on full body workouts using your body and light weights. The Coaches/Trainers frequently change the routines, so there is never a dull day. The music is good, and it's a comfortable space to workout. The trainers are fantastic! They really make you feel comfortable, are extremely knowledgeable, and know how to keep you motivated! Joining RCH Health & Fitness has been a life changer. I needed guidance on how to lose the weight and transition it into muscle. I'm proud to say that with the help of the RCG Staff, I have lost over 20lbs, 8% body fat, and inches on my waistline in just a couple short months. I also feel the difference in my energy level and flexibility. I couldn’t ask for anything more or less in a gym home. This really is a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE, compared to other gyms. I now look forward to my daily workouts and I’m so happy that I made this change in lifestyle. Making RCG Health & Fitness my home gym for a lifetime! Come and join the family!

Experiencia fantástica: Tim & Paul are great trainers. Last year, I found out my blood pressure medication was causing problems to my liver. My doctor, myself and the 2 trainers above went on a mission. A mission to get me off the blood pressure medication I was taking. I am happy to say that I have been off the meds for 6 months now and I'm not turning back. RCG is more than your typical gym. They offer more than Exercise classes. They all about Mental, Physical and financial Health. This place has change my life completely
