The workouts are challenging but can be modified so anyone can do it. Not only is it a fun place to workout but all the people here are awesome. Just a fun community.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this CrossFit gym! I had some previous small injuries but they modify the workout and I can still workout with the class. I have worked out for 30 years with trainers and classes at the gym but the results are not even close.

I’ve gained a community of people to share those achievements with and who will push me towards them. I love this gym and its community!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member now for just over 2 months. In that time I’ve already seen massive gains in my CrossFit lifts and a sharp increase in my cardiovascular endurance. The staff is always very accommodating and very knowledgeable. The coaches do a great job helping me work through my mobility issues and provide alternative exercises for movements I am unable to do. Compared to other CrossFit gym, their programming in pretty intense and will definitely help anybody reach their fitness goals. I highly recommend CFMS!

Experiencia fantástica: I went for a free trial session last night and was very surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of not only the coach, but also the others working out there. Right away it felt like a community of supportive people. I have to admit I was very intimidated by the notion of me stepping inside a CrossFit. I wasn't intimidated at all and I found a wide range of ages there, both men and women. I did find it hard to find so I'm going to attach a photo I took last night showing where it is at. Their door is right beside and to the left of Liberty Tax Service. Edit: I'm in my second week there. This is very good for me. Highly recommended. Update: I wanted to update the photo since the recent move. I've been going off and on for about two years now. Steve and the other coaches are great.

Experiencia positiva: CrossFit gym in Lake Mary with very nice ownership and trainers. Pretty good equipment and facility, which is fairly small. It is a bit difficult to find if you don't know where you're going. It is in the Harbor Freight shopping center, but there is no sign other than on the door.

Experiencia fantástica: The owner takes great care to make sure you're doing the movements correctly and effectively. This is not true of other Orlando area crossfit gyms
