Experiencia positiva: So I called last week to have privates for my granddaughter. We scheduled the meeting for Monday the 29th of November at 4 pm got here and no one is here. I texted chat line, states 6 hour fir response time. Not acceptable in my book. Worst Customer Service at this point I will go somewhere else that would like my money. Btw I waiting til 4:10 pm before I posted this review. I also got a text back from one of the office members after posting but couldn’t stay. So after all this they called me and apologized offered me a free class. I accept to see how they are and if my granddaughter would learn. And I have to say so far so good. I’m happy that they called and made this right. We are booked for privates for 4 weeks out and see.

Experiencia fantástica: We love how friendly and welcoming everyone was when we came for my 6 year old to start tumbling. She was nervous because she’s never tumbled before and she was with girls who were more advanced , but she listened and loved her coach who taught her a lot of basic skills while the other girls were doing more advanced. I can’t wait to see how Elle progresses and what all she will learn in her time here

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place for anyone wanting to learn and get better at tumbling! I am an adult in my late 20s but I have always wanted to get better at tumbling. I just started taking private lessons with Charles and he is amazing!! I have never improved so quickly. Before I was so scared to do my back handspring and backtuck but he is always there to spot a million times if needed and now the fear is pretty much gone and I'm Im doing it on my own. After only 2 privates and 1 open gym i'm braver, more confident and my technique is improving. Yesterday I went to open gym and it was so much fun! Charles was there challenging everyone to learn and improve so much. We all got to tumble so much! So far I love Elite and I am going to keep going back because of the awesome coaches and nice space. I also love how supportive the cheerleaders and staff are there. Thanks Elite!
