Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for about 2 years and this has to be hands down one of the best gyms in my area. It's very close to my house, around a 5 minute commute, the equipments are always up and running. And I can't really complain. 5 out of 5

Experiencia fantástica: My go to spot anytime I wanted to workout! Marwan and his team are super chill, friendly, and knowledgeable. Anytime I came into the gym the staff was willing to help and got me set up as I'm not native to Michigan but felt right at home. Shout out to my brother Sam as well! All the team members are there for the people. The gym was clean all the time and provide spray bottles for people to wipe equipment off to keep it sanitary for the next person to use. The staff also keep tabs on everything and regularly vacuum and clean equipment as well. Lots of different variety as well (I found out like at least 10 new machines from my time there!) Definitely a 5 star gym. If I ever come back to the area I'm definitely going back to the same Crunch Fitness, couldn't have it any other way!! Update from one star to 5 After marwan the new manager took over the place is just spot on …it is just simply unbelievable how one person can turn things around with right management skills Imagine no soap in any of its bathrooms or showers for the second day in a row …while we understand supply shortages and all these excuses …Walmart is just a 2 minute walk away from it …forget Covid when you have hundreds of people using the bathrooms with out soap then using the equipment ….doors and so on

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my free personal training session. Latonya Berry was excellent. She knows what she is talking about. She’s patient and definitely positive. Because of her knowledge I will be going to personal training sessions 3 times a week. I’m finally getting my life back on track when it comes to fitness. Thanks Crunch for hiring such a nice trainer. And yes the place is clean. They have cleaning products to sanitize after you use the equipment. So if you come here you need to be a positive team player , definitely clean up behind yourself. P.S… I hope my review will help You be a better You!

Experiencia positiva: I’ll start with this.. I’M STILL HAPPY I SWITCHED FROM PLANET FITNESS TO CRUNCH FITNESS!! Something happened at this location over the past 90 days. The front desk reps are still as awesome as always, It’s just everything else. There’s rarely paper towel to wipe the machines down after use. The sauna has been down for two months now. Several times in the past few weeks their hot water hasn’t worked. To top it all off, THERE IS NO SOAP IN THE MENS ROOM! There never is anymore. It’s just a property management/maintenance thing for me. Hopefully a manager sees this and can call a quick huddle with the team to assess the damages.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful and well maintained gym to work out. If you like intensity work out. Especially group classes and definitely RIDE!!! Aniya is always helpful.. They have great instructors like Kelly. If you're sore after the workout, you should try the hydro massage.
