Experiencia fantástica: Great CrossFit affiliate! I dropped in a couple days while on vacation, everyone was welcoming and the workouts were great!

Experiencia fantástica: It is always nerve wrecking to enter a new gym, esp. a Crossfit gym. But within seconds of stepping into this box, I was welcomed by many friendly faces. Everyone has been welcoming, encouraging, and friendly. I have made good friends here. Everyone pushes each other to do better. And the coaches are phenomenal. Each coach brings in their own uniqueness to the box and the class. You can tell the coaches care about your workout and actually listen to your concerns, if you should have any aches or pains. Best box I've been too. Thank you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The people are awesome. Within seconds of arriving I was quickly accepted and felt like I was part of their family. Warm group and you will never feel alone whether you are a beginner or experienced crossfiter. They have all the equipment you need to get in top shape, the WODS are designed to push you always. You will get an all body workout all week. Big classes no problem, they have plenty of room for everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: We needed a place for our 16 year old to get physically prepared for a summer "expedition" and were pretty nervous to rip him from the computer to the "box" but EOB has been a great experience for him. They started him in a small group to make sure he was thrown into the mix uneducated and now he goes to the regular classes. He loves to go and we couldn't be happier.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for work and found East Ormond Crossfit on google maps and was totally impress with all fascists of the box! From Melissa to Jason, Leslie, Maggie, Shawn and Preston they really know how to coach anyone from competition ready athletes to beginners! If you need a great place to work out whether on free weights, training or crossfit this is the best place to go! And don’t forget they have the best ready made meals in town! East Ormond Beach Crossfit!
