Experiencia fantástica: Let me tell you why this is the best gym around. The equipment is carefully selected . Everything in there has a purpose. The true definition of strength and conditioning comes to life here. The owners are very friendly and want to get to know you personally and are very supportive of your goals. When I go to this gym I feel much safer lifting as much weight as I can. I usually lift considerably more weight here than any other gym I have gone to. Why? Because everything has a purpose. The bars won't slide down my back. I can drop the weight on the deadlift platform and not feel bad for doing so, use as much chalk as I want. Small details that create a great experience and great results.

There is a ton of specially equipment that you likely won't find anywhere else in Volusia county. The owners are very friendly and care for their members just as much as their gym.

In addition to power lifters and body builders, the owners Gary and Tommye have set up a space for crossfitters and olyimpic lifters with excellent bars, bumper weights and is one of the few places around with a "real" oly lifting platform. If you are serious about lifting as far as your fitness lifestyle then this is the gym for you.
