Experiencia fantástica: Yeah this is an awesome gym spotless it is so clean inside, the equipment is well presented in front of mirrors which is also very nice there are two cable machines three treadmills and many many other types of equipment including what I would call a real decline bench the decline bench that really declines fabulous lots of free weights Smith machines and the people are so friendly in this gym everybody you meet will look at you and say and smile or if you're in the middle of something they will just wait and say hello maybe later very very friendly gym the bathrooms are so clean you could eat off the floor so to speak they also sell supplements have water available to purchase along with energy drinks plenty of parking in front or out behind highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. They have the best equipment. The owner is a former pro bodybuilder. Only 25 a month or 7 bucks for a day if you just want to try it out. I am a member since I moved here in 2015. I made many friends here and meet some cool travelers here from all over this country and even many from abroad. Love it !!!

This gym is straight outta the 1990s! A real gym not a “judgement free zone” I love this place. Has everything you need to accomplish whatever your fitness goals may be.

Experiencia fantástica: Been working out here on and off since I was 18. Damn good place to workout if you want to get in shape. I tried working out at Gold's gym because I lived down the street from it but it wasn't the same, full of a bunch of fake body builders and felt like going out to the club. People sat on machines not using them and ppl was playing Pokemon Go in there. I worked out there for 2 months then left and came back to my roots, Total Nutrition. I enjoy working out here and don't care who doesn't, team Gary.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I visit from NYC every year. Our usual gym in Daytona has closed down, so we were fortunate to find this place. It's got fantastic equipment for serious weightlifting. People just come and do their work. They actually put away their weights, which is a common pet peeve of mine with free weights. And Gary was nothing but generous and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Highly recommend this place for weightlifters visiting Daytona.
