The classes are the perfect size to allow the coaches to give you their attention & feedback throughout the class to make sure you move properly & efficiently. The community that this gyms offers is like no other. I wake up everyday looking forward to workout not only because it is fun, but also because it helps me to reach & achieve my goals everyday!

This box creates a family environment that can't be replicated. I have never enjoyed working out as much as I do at Davison CrossFit.
