Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been training with Tracy's Karate for over 2 years now. We've trained with multiple coaches in karate as well as shoot fighting and it has been great. The karate aspect feels traditional with modern adjustments to make it feel more effective and practical in a real world situation. The shoot fighting is my favorite part and is more akin to MMA training. You work on grappling, stand up, conditioning. You work on the bags and on training partners. There is sparring as well. You do get the tools you need to become a fighter, but as with all training you need practice and time outside the gym to become proficient. The current coach Mr. Spicer has over a decade of experience and don't let his size fool you, he knows his stuff. We highly recommend this karate studio to anyone looking to become more comfortable and proficient in martial arts and defense.
