Experiencia fantástica: I had tried Pilates at home and didn't realize I was getting so many moves wrong until I started going to Fit House. Jacqueline is a great Pilates instructor and everybody in class is very friendly. The Yoga 10 pass works for Pilates too and is a great deal.

Experiencia fantástica: Attending Kyle’s 6am cycle class was an excellent choice! He is a fabulous instructor, super supportive, and motivating. He was really kind and helpful, setting me up for success, and explaining everything about the bike, shoes, moves, etc. (this was my first time here). I got a great work out in! The class was really fun, music was awesome, and I worked out the whole body in 45 minutes, including cool down and a bit of stretching. Plus, the other folks in the class were super kind and supportive. I’d definitely recommend this class.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean, very safe studio. Power yoga is a great experience. Athletic but very do-able for a 66 yo like myself. A lot of fun, matter of fact. The instructors I've had so far have been just right......great at guiding the ebb and flow of class knowing when to turn up the heat and when we've had enough. Good voice modulation as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Fit house is quickly becoming a second home to me. I decided to jump into the fitness world, and all of the fantastic instructors have been wonderfully supportive and helpful along the way. I see their passion, dedication, strength, and care, and it rubs off on me, pushing me to believe in myself in a way I haven't felt for a long time. I've had the pleasure to take classes with Blanche, Jacquelyn, Lisa, Caryn, and Sally (hoping to meet all the instructors), but the entire team is just incredible. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE who is looking for a new fitness home. ❤‍♂️‍♀️

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of the best studios in the area and for sure Davis Ca. All the instructors are professional, highly skilled and just right when it comes to motivation. The facility is super clean and Fithouse is always improving- never run down or a danger when you’re training or taking class. 11/10 recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Fithouse is going to great lengths to make classes safely available during the covid. Classes have moved outdoors, limited indoors, or online. I've attended several outdoor classes and feel very safe. Fithouse takes amazing precautions in terms or mask requirements, taking your temperature, and distancing.

Experiencia fantástica: I have the yoga pass! I love it, each yoga teacher has their own style, but all of the sessions are about promoting wellness and endurance. I've really seen myself grow as a yogi here. I also was taught how to breathe! Such an understated skill in exercising. This studio provides more strength training in their vinyasa class than most imo especially if you take the 75 min class, and the yoga nidra classes are very therapeutic especially if meditating comes as a struggle for you.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about this place is awesome. They play hard in every class. Very supportive and caring, with trained yoga assistants. Regarding the comment about the free class, that's not very common. I go to studios everywhere I travel, and it's rare. This isn't a big corporation; it's owned by 4 Davis women. If you want a free class, there are several outside classes offered, some led by FIT House. FH has free meditation too. This studio has several Baptiste-trained yoga teachers. Love the community. Spin and boot camp are great too. Every class, including yoga, will challenge you. I recommend Wendi's yoga classes! She's has Level 3 certification through Baptiste. Come early; her classes are packed.
