Experiencia fantástica: Terrific community! Some terrific athletes at the gym but I’ve been comfortable modifying workouts to accommodate my 60yo body. Proof anyone can do it. But it’s really about the friends and people you will meet if you stick with it!

Experiencia fantástica: My perception of working out has completely changed for the better all thanks to everyone at CFD! CFD has been by far the best work out experience! The price is amazing and the coaches/staff and overall atmosphere of the gym made working out fun. The coaches are welcoming, nonjudgmental, patient, and will take the time to clearly explain how things work. No one cares if your a pro at working out or if you are barely getting started, going at your own pace is welcomed and encouraged! I am very thankful to all the coaches and staff for being patient with me and teaching me how to safely and properly workout. Anyone who lives in the Davis area should definitely try out CFD it will be worth it!

CFD owners, Matt and Kirsten, have created an incredible community where they welcome members of all skill levels. Coaches are well-trained, flexible and high-quality instructors.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing facility and one of the best coaching teams in the whole USA! I own a gym in San Diego and was visiting CF Davis to provide Adaptive Training education for their staff and local trainers. I visit a lot of gyms for the course and CF Davis is by far one of the best! If I lived in Davis/Sacramento, this would be my new home :)

The trainers are all super knowledgeable, and despite being one of the top gyms/ competitors in California (sending both a team and individuals to The CrossFit Games), they are super welcoming and accommodating to all fitness levels. The community here is so supportive, and it's clear how much fun everyone has together. Class and individual programming are stellar. Can't say enough good things about this place!
