The energy is very positive here now and I love that there is something for everyone, regardless of fitness level. A great, friendly, inclusive community center. I love it! The Les Mills classes are great and Zumba Toning ROCKS! :)

They have a babysitting service that is inexpensive while you workout and they have awesome Les Mills classes with both morning and evening classes to accommodate mostly any schedule. I am truly happy to have this place.

The facility provides a wide variety of fitness options and event spaces to meet everyone's needs. If you are working out, you can't beat the world renowned Les Mills International group fitness classes and the three different types of Zumba offered by friendly and caring instructors. If you just need to meet or have a party... the staff works effectively to meet your event needs. The ARK has changed my life, from being a patron to becoming an instructor. My oldest does dance classes here and while she's attending her practice, I can go sit in the cafe, or go upstairs and get in a small workout or some walking while I wait! They also have free child care so long as there are volunteers which is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Clean with plenty of equipment. Has a walking track, basketball court, racquetball court and a rock climbing room. It's family oriented and as of right now it's free with no membership required. They have kid's functions a few evenings a month, and last but not least, you can rent the Ark for special occasions.

Experiencia fantástica: Went for a community event. Met up with great community leaders who try hard to make a difference for those who need help. Be sure to visit on Sundays for the River worship service.

Experiencia fantástica: We enjoy coming here. Wish it was offering more child care. It’s still a great facility with great values. Love the different classes offered here especially HEARTS ON A MISSION Monday and Thursday evenings at 5:15.

The child care providers don't just watch your children, they genuinely care for your children, while providing a fun and growing experience for them. The ARC has provided me with the opportunity to participate in many different fitness classes that can be tailored to my needs and fitness level. Any and all insecuritits about going to the gym have vanished. The fitness classes that are provided are fun and challenging. The classes are offered at different times throughout the day which works great when you have a crazy work schedule like I do. I recommend the ARC to everyone who wants a funfilled and welcoming fitness center to attend.
