Experiencia fantástica: Silly that someone would say one star because the times on Google are wrong. This gym is the best. Staff is always helpful, everything is always clean, and I've never had a single equipment issue.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is highly accommodating to large groups or families wishing to get a little bit of activity in. They offer a wide variety of classes and often have upcoming events posted. The staff are friendly and helpful when there is an issue. This a definitely a more cardio centered gym and while it does have a weight room the selection is a bit limited but it is usually in good working order. The cardio equipment is available all over the gym and it is not limited to one section where folks are waiting for what they want. This gym has been instrumental in my ability to prepare for competitions and I have never had any issue here.

Experiencia fantástica: The gyms on post are not great. In fact I would give any gym on post a grade of C at best. With that being said Davidson gym is perhaps the best gym on post. The cardio equipment generally works, an indoor track and basketball courts. The staff is friendly and they do work to keep the gym clean. A few of the down sides, between 0430 and 0800 individuals must be in pt's if military. This gym like all gyms gets packed in the morning and most afternoons.

Experiencia positiva: This is probably the largest gym on FLW. So here is the compliment sandwich; The Good: The gym has 4. Full courts for basketball. They use one as a volleyball court. The swimming pool is nice, clean and relatively well kept. There is a nice new functional fitness room, but unless you take a walk around the track (second floor) then you would never even know that it's there. The Bad: The gym is right in the center of everything, so all of the trainees (AIT, Marines etc ) flood the gym and you can barely get a piece of equipment. I was once using the squat rack in the weight room and someone tried to take it while I was using it. There is a room for parents with small children and people just flood it. The amount of traffic in that gym is unbearable. Unless you're in there at 0500. But from 0430-0800 you HAVE yo wear PTs unless you are a civilian. The ugly: The Army should be ashamed of the condition of the equipment. All the treadmills are either broken, make a ton of noise when you use them, or they skip when you try to run on them. All the cardio equipment is from like 2005. For a branch that prides itself on physical fitness they don't care about their equipment. The locker rooms are tight and not very clean and the sauna is like a shoe box. Some more good: The staff is friendly and there is plenty of accessory equipment you can borrow from the front desk. You can buy water and other beverages and they take cash or card. Sustains: Pool, Basketball Court, functional fitness room staff Improves: New equipment, bigger weight room, new cardio equipment, renovation of the locker rooms possible steam room in addition to sauna.

Experiencia fantástica: Little different from other gyms I have been to, however for what I do the gym suits my needs. Other then PT hours the gym is pretty dead which is nice. Don't really have any complaints about the gym.

Experiencia positiva: Was the best gym around when they closed at 10pm and the sauna was open. Military shouldn’t have to buy gym memberships off post to accommodate.

Experiencia positiva: Well kept facility with track and plenty of courts to play basketball and volleyball. Certain equipment is in a narrow hallway making it cramped, and it tends to get really busy during the evening.

Experiencia fantástica: I love all the different machines they have available. The staff is super friendly. They will even allow me to have my service dog with me as long as I bring all of her paperwork and allow them to put a note about her in the system. This is my favorite gym on FLW.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing and very spacious with lots of options for everybody. There are weights in the weight room and outside the weight room, basketball court, volleyball courts, racquet courts, indoor track upstairs, swimming pools, and so much much more. Snacks and drinks can be purchased at the front desk and restrooms are kept clean and stocked with toiletries. I feel like I should be paying them a membership fee every i use this gym. A+++

Experiencia fantástica: Has a little something for lifters, pullers, runners, bag hitters and swimmers. Prices for refreshments aren't bad either.

Experiencia fantástica: I like Davidson gym because they have an indoor track and then also because they have the indoor pool coed saun a and the weight room is small however they have classes huge basketball courts

Experiencia fantástica: Been going here for about 3 months now. The staff is great, very clean and organized, tons of cardio equipment, a good array of free weights and equipment. The downside, because of limited space there are only two squat racks and one deadlift area. So, for those doing powerlifting it can be a little frustrating when it’s busy.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to work out. Excellent racquetball courts. I loved using the pool here during my time at FLW. I only wish they didn't charge to jump off the diving board. But everything else (to my knowledge) is free including equipment rentals if you are on orders here.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great. The cardio room is first date. If only the sauna were working again. The winter time is when you need it most. It's a shame too many people are ignorant about a dry sauna. They keep shorting it out by pouring water on the rocks.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Fort Leonard Wood! The only downside is that it gets pretty crowded in the morning, specially during winter season. Units will use the fitness center for PRT sessions.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. I never knew what to expect with a military gym but I'm in love with it. The parking lot is always packed but I never have to wait for anything and I never have to alter my workout due to it being too busy. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a very good gym. Has a lot to offer. Better than most of the military gyms I have been to around the world. Has an indoor track with all the necessary weight and cardio equipment. Has a full basketball court for multiple games and I believe they have a pool but not too sure. They have a child area for small children to play as you work out in the same room as them.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym and the fact that I can take my daughter with me! They have a family room where your kids can play and a track that you can push your stroller on. Not many Posts allow this and I can't tell you how grateful I am for it!

Experiencia fantástica: Went to the aqua zumba class, very fun - its as hard as you make it. Theres workout machines, and full size basketball courts to use.
