Experiencia fantástica: Lashley Training centers are absolutely amazing. Super positive place, man. They offer classes, personal training, lots of encouragement, and plenty of smiles...among many other things. There's classes from 3 years old, all the way up to any age you can make it in. Martial arts classes are so great too, for adults and children alike. It teaches kids SO many positive lessons, that they can carry with them thru life. This is a gym atmosphere where everyone there is willing to help, if you need. I used to be afraid of the gym, thought everyone would make fun of a fat girl, but they didn't! They did everything they knew how, to help me become half the size I was. Without the people at LASHLEY Training centers, that never would have happened. Pull up the courage, and give it a try. You won't be disappointed. ✌

I mostly attend bootcamp classes with Crystal and she is beyond phenomenal as a person and trainer. Highly recommend!

This young man is my grandson Ian he has a heart of gold will help anyone and takes this business very serious. Stop n see him n say grandma Mary sent me you will see a beautiful smile. His wife is a joy n the trainers r so caring n kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I started boot camp in January of 2020. Ian and Crystal are amazing! They always give you a little push when you need it. If you aren’t able to do something they are great about modifying it for you. I absolutely love going!
