I started with the one week trial and didn't feel the need to keep looking. Everyone was so welcoming and the workouts are perfect for any experience level as you can modify them. The trainers are all great!

Experiencia fantástica: No joke, I was put off by fitness studios for years (they always reminded me of Jane Fonda aerobic videos from the 80's) and I grew up around gyms my entire life. I have trained in boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, team sports as well as helped some of my friends back home manage their own gyms or fitness studios. My wife has a background in the fitness industry and was excited to find out that an F45 gym was in the area. She tried a class and begged me to come try it out. I am glad that I did. Upon my first impression I noticed the precautions that the trainers took due to the current COVID19 situation however what stood out was their overall care, concern and welcoming behavior. They were super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They truly work with you, challenge you and coach you throughout the intervals. They understand injury and will help you work around it. (THANK YOU COACHES FOR THIS). My first day at F45 was last Saturday. I have been there every day since as there is no place like this one. If you are looking for a safe, friendly, challenging and unparalleled training environment to grow, learn and adapt a healthy lifestyle, look no further. Hit F45 up. You will not be disappointed.

Since I've been coming here I've noticed a huge change in both how I look and feel. Everyone here is really friendly and the place is so clean. Highly recommended.
