Being able to continue our workout routines made the trip much more enjoyable. Thank you to Mervyn and the staff for being so welcoming and kind! Highly recommended for any out of town visitors!

Experiencia fantástica: STILL 5 STARS from me. 7/31/2022 After 3 months coming back to this Daly City Crunch I continue to enjoy the clean and spacious environment at this gym. The lockers remain well ventilated and clean. The towels remain well washed and well supplied. The soaps and lotion well refilled. I…well, remain happy. I can see that the place begins to thrive even though BA-5 is still with the world. For those fortunate ones, me among them , who no longer have to stick with a work schedule, we can come during the slow period and enjoy our work out and relax in the sauna much better. This gym is so important in helping us maintain a strong immune system during this Covid time. I would recommend to anyone to come here at least 4 times a week. 8 YOGA SESSIONS PER WEEK. 4/30/2022 Best news in town for those of us who love Yoga. The variety of practice offered at this Crunch is amazing. The large room gives us plenty of space. The good ventilation provides fresh air. The scheduled times varies from 9 AM to noon to 7 PM. The teachers are knowledgeable and caring. This amazing practice that stretches the whole body, stregthens the joints, speeds up the blood circulation, fortifies the immune system is available at a very reasonable monthly membership fee. (At other Yoga studios, one hour of yoga alone costs $20 to $25.) Here at Crunch, in addition to the 8 yoga classes offered, I got to wind down after my Practice with a nice shower and a restorative sauna time. To my ‘yogi’ gals (and guys) I don’t believe you can get any better deal than this Daly City Crunch yoga program. Namaste to all ‍♀️ PS. Please REDUCE the music volume in our Ladies locker room. Can’t relax after a nice sauna. Can’t have a chat with a friend without shouting. PLEASE. PLEASE.

Experiencia fantástica: This review is specific for Kasandra Altawil and John Mendoza's customer service. I had the worst experience during covid dealing with Derrick Emperador. Kasandra was not only patient, but she was clear in communication and quick to assist me with my problem. John continued to be communicative and helpful with any problems I had during COVID with my membership even though he moved locations from Chestnut St in SF to Daly City. Most gyms are comparable with cleanliness, machines, classes. The difference for members truly comes down to customer service and communication. Both of them are great assets for Crunch.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Quality Post Covid quarantine this gym offers late hours closes at 11pm opens at 5am. It is clean, you can use the shower and is not overly crowded.

Shout out to GK, he went out of his way to help me deciding my plan and all. And super clean and well maintained equipments! Plus the members all are nice and helpful. and wipe down their equipments all the time, Which is good to see!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! I recently quit Equinox (Market St) due to overcrowding at most times. Crunch Serramonte is fantastic. The staff are attentive and pleasant, locker rooms are clean (could do with an update) and guests/members have all been pleasant folks. They have a wide range of kit, and good availability of the essentials - squat area, benches, free weights, as well as a good range of machines.

Experiencia fantástica: Joined this place a couple weeks ago. Clean, spacious, and convenient. Lots of equipment for power lifters, Olympic lifters, cardio junkies, mobility WODers, and group class lovers. The group class room is huge and is awesome for focused movement and mobility work when there are no classes. Everyone seems to be focused on their workouts which is good. Not a lot of BS. Nobody seems to have bad attitudes. Gets a little bit crowded during peak times in evenings but even then it isn’t that bad. Also has childcare for very reasonable rates - big plus for parents like me. Very happy I joined this place

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member since February of this year. The classes are awesome! Listen to the excellent instructors and you will see RESULTS. The staff is very friendly. They make you feel like you're part of the family. Positive vibes always! And it's very clean. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, shower gels, tampons, mouth wash and even qtips to clean your nasty ear are all provided in the bathroom lol. Thumbs up!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a review for Giovanni (Gino) Lozada, Personal Trainer at Crunch - Daly City. Gino and I started working together in May, with the initial goal of losing 20 pounds. Over the past 3 months, Gino has helped me to change my life in many ways. Not only have I have lost 26 lbs, reduced my body fat by 6%, and improved my overall strength, I now enjoy exercise, eat healthier, and have more energy. Gino is a trainer who truly cares about his clients, and is fully invested in our success. We check in regularly on my diet, adjusting as needed to ensure I am hitting my macros and getting the proper nutrition, but also making changes that are sustainable. He keeps things interesting by changing up our workout routines, keeping things interesting, and continuously pushing me. I have truly enjoyed working with Gino, and would highly recommend him to anyone else looking to lead a healthier life.

Experiencia fantástica: So far so good. Round weights. Multiple power racks. 10 and 25lb bumper plates, with plenty of room to setup deadlift. That's all I need. I don't do classes or use any machines, so no comment there. Other perks: Clean facility. Friendly staff. Towel service. Sauna. Shower. Only downside is, I would like if staff were nazis about putting plates back where they belong. Enforcement on this would be great. Hunting around costs 5-10 extra minutes per session. Not a deal breaker though.

Even when i don't feel to do heavy exercise I just go to do some light cardio as I just love the atmosphere of this place. Thank you Crunch
