Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love working out with Eddie at Cowboy Fit- Downtown Dallas location!!!!! If you are looking for a great trainer pick him or Quinton!!!! They are always very motivational to me during my workouts, and so far with Eddie I have already been dropping weight dramatically with his routines. He is always fun, funny, and makes working out a blast!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been going here since January and love every aspect of this gym! There are many machines and workout areas to choose from, classes to attend, and everyone is so nice from the moment you walk in! I have been doing personal training with Ashley since March and it has helped tremendously!! She pushes me to be the best version of myself I can be and constantly checks in to ensure my progress even on the days I do not have training! She is awesome and extremely motivating!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely LOVE going to cowboys. The vibes are great, the staff is wonderful and very encouraging and friendly! They always greet me and everyone with a smile, many of them even greet me by my name. Even though its a chain gym, that aspect really makes you feel that you're in a private studio, and i love that! My personal trainer Cordell is amazing! He is so knowledgeable with fitness and explaining what each workout does and always holding me accountable. If you like to go in early mornings - work with him! You WILL see results!! I also love seeing Quinton, he is another trainer who is awesome!! Always hyping everyone up, always in such a great mood, and helping me stay on track and push my limits on days I'm working out alone. Cordell and Quinton are very easy to talk to, if you ever have questions to ask, they are very helpful! Overall this gym deserves a 10/10 because it's awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: After the pandemic hit Golds Gym on McKinney came to an end. Leaving many, myself included, stranded with out a gym and pandemic stress. Large gym chains more or less have the same design rendering the facility with natural lighting. Cowboys Fit has that same lighting coming in from their large floor to ceiling windows. The staff keeps the gym clean with their machines always working something other luxury gyms can’t say the same. It’s a great place to do everything from weight training to yoga. Ask for Don to enroll.

Experiencia fantástica: Out of all the gyms I’ve been to in Dallas this gym works perfectly for me. The staff is remarkable and always positive and encouraging. I’ve had my membership with Cowboys Fit for several months now and I absolutely love it. My personal trainer COREY WALKER is the best! Corey is strict about form and results- he always wants to see his clients winning and is quick to correcting your form when you have it wrong. He’s also always punctual and makes sure you get your hours worth of a full work out. Every month we do a one on one review on where I’ve improved and where I need to improve and each month gets better as I see my progression and positive body changes. Corey’s professionalism and commitment to results pushes me even harder and because I can see results and am complimented frequently on them I continue to go and push harder. If you’re serious about making changes and if you’re serious about committing to a results driven trainer hire Corey- I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed!! The 2nd picture is where I started and the other 2 are where I’ve progressed to in a matter of months!!

My results have been crazy since I’ve trained with Corey! He creates a great learning environment and pushes you to the max!!!!! I’m down 5% in body fat and counting. BECOMING Shredded and Lean!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Dallas Cowboys Fitness at their downtown location has been phenomenal! They have all the equipment you could want, and the place is always spotlessly clean and tidy. When I walk in, Jasmine at the front desk is always super friendly and helpful. Additionally, my trainer Corey is wonderful! I’ve had recent back issues, and he has been great at tailoring my workouts around that to fit my needs! He goes above and beyond not only with me but at the center in general. He will go behind other guests and help pick up after them. I have been more than pleased with my time at Cowboys Fitness downtown and working with Corey!

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of the best gyms for Dallas proper. Has a little bit of everything: turf, sauna, recovery room, plus your normal gym equipment. The staff is what separates them from good gym to great gym. Would like to shout out Cordell for being a great trainer, Liliana for going above and beyond, as well as Devon. 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: Wow! This gym is amazing; the best gym in downtown Dallas. Normally gyms in downtown are small and don’t have a lot of equipments like to other gyms out of downtown but this one really takes it. It’s bigger and has plenty of equipment. Plus the staff are super friendly and always there for you, I’m so impressed. Of all the gyms I’ve been, there’s nothing compared to this golden one.

Experiencia positiva: Love the facility, staff and gym goers. Super clean and lots of equipment. Would be 5 stars but there is NO parking. You have to pay for meter parking or parking lot and even that is scarce and the extra expense adds up. The hours also kind of suck, but theyre pretty on par with the majority of Dallas gyms.

Experiencia fantástica: We were visiting Dallas for a week to see if we liked the area and decided to try out Cowboys Fit. The staff could not have been more welcoming and gave us none of that over the top sales BS. They understood we just wanted to try the gym out. Needless to say it left a lasting impression.We loved it so much we are now looking at places in close vicinity, and are likely to become members when we do relocate. Big ups to Devin for making us feel at home. The gym had great energy to it and we loved the music you guys play!

Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best gym I've ever been a member of. Very clean and new equipment plus every piece of equipment you would need, friendly staff, nice locker rooms with cool combination locks so you don't need to bring your own, doesn't get unbearably crowded, and perfect location if you live downtown. The only two flaws are 1) the hours, which for what it's worth the staff knows they're not great and says they're trying to lengthen them, and 2) gotta deal with all these Cowboys logos everywhere....... Go Giants Edit: This gym also has a shockingly easy cancellation system. Took me all of 30 seconds on their website to end my membership (which I'm only doing because I'm moving out of the area). 10/10 place - easily rejoining if I'm ever back in Dallas!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Cowboys Fit a few months ago, and after working out by myself for some time, I decided to get help from a personal trainer. Corey filled that role impeccably from day 1. He focused on not only helping me work toward my fitness goals in the short term but also my workout education for the long term. He has a knack for pushing you to new limits to achieve your fitness goals. The gym itself is wonderful and the best I have seen so far. The equipment is brand new and eclectic, the staff is friendly, and the sauna and showers are well maintained. Would highly recommend!

I have had trainers while living in SF, NYC, London, Portland and Austin, Corey at cowboy for is far and away the best I have ever had. Is attentiveness, attention to detail, the way he hold you accountable while coaching you up is nothing I have every had before. He’s the main reason show up daily, thank you Corey, thank you cowboy for Dallas!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member here for the last 3 months, and it’s been by and far the best gym I’ve been to in a long time. Especially for the price value, it feels like a luxury gym you’d pay $100+ for anywhere else. Staff is all awesome, brand new equipment, and very clean (locker room, sauna, and showers especially). They also have top notch equipment you don’t always find at most places, from TRX bands, sleds, bands, and a few other little things that make a difference in addition to the usual. They also do month to month which is awesome bc I was only in town for the summer so that was great, bc I was able to cancel with no issues when I moved.

Experiencia fantástica: Been a member at this gym for over a year now. All the equipment is brand new and the staff members are friendly and helpful. Everything is always clean and it’s not super busy when I’m there (5:00am-6:30am). Parking hasn’t been an issue for me since I use the garage ($25/month). There is limited street parking available and you have to pay for it after 7:00am I believe. AT&T security guards are constantly patrolling the area so I’ve never felt unsafe. It’s definitely not the largest gym in Dallas but for $50/month I have no complaints.

Experiencia fantástica: Cowboys Fit is an awesome gym!!! They have every strength training machine I need and it’s super spacious. The locker rooms are extremely nice and the sauna is a great addition as well. Jasmine and Don were extremely helpful and welcoming. I’m visiting Dallas from Miami and they made me feel at home. I was extremely happy with my work out experience today. :)
