Experiencia fantástica: Synergy is, by far, the best gym I've ever been a member of. The atmosphere is very friendly and non-intimidating. Hammer and his staff keep the place clean and organized. You never have to ask yourself, "Where are the 25-lb dumbbells?" because they are always in the right place. The locker rooms and showers are also well-kept. The classes, which are optional, will test you physically and are apparently some of the most intense in the country, as people visiting from out of town comment on how tough they are compared to what they are used to. One of the reasons I like Synergy so much is because the members are a mix of young, middle-aged, and older people from many different races and walks of life. I've never heard of anyone that felt like they didn't belong.
