Experiencia fantástica: Dahlonega is such a beautiful and quaint town. They have some of the most delicious eateries I have ever been to (my favorite being the Corkscrew Cafe and The Cremson Moon Cafe). Just a short drive to Helen Ga, makes for a nice little get-away. I will certainly be going back!!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend DFC as your workout facility! In addition to well-maintained and plentiful equipment, there is a great variety of classes available to meet your fitness goals. The instructors for the classes are friendly, informative, and they present challenging group workouts while offering modifications to beginners. There is a diverse age group in most of the classes and, although I am on the older end of the spectrum, I feel no judgment in the classes. Scarlet is amazing! She’s so positive, encouraging and is very approachable to discuss any questions. Also, the locker room facility is extremely clean and includes showers and vanities. It is a meets-all-needs gym and I highly recommend it!

Experiencia positiva: This place is really the only gym available in the Dahlonega area outside of the University. They do cover all of the basics as far as the machines and free weight options. I've never had to wait to long for anything and the people have been friendly enough to let me work in when needed. The best part by far is the people though. Great friendly staff, and lots of really nice regulars.

I can't imagine anything but success for this place, being that their best asset is a very friendly and engaging owner named RaeLynda. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I wish you all the success in the world!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has been amazing over the past year. I went to the DAC (old management) many years ago, and the difference is now night and day. What was once pretty sketchy has turned into a top notch gym for about the same price. They are always improving, friendly staff, great place. I had to move on to another gym because one was built walking distance from me in Dawson county, which is no reflection on DFC, just convenience. If you are looking for a solid gym in Dahlonega, DFC is light-years better, quieter, and more laid-back than the UNG Rec Center.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great facility now that there are new owners. When you talk about two people getting things done, they set the bar for others to follow. Since they have taken over the changes were immediate and big. They are putting change in place quick. The place is always clean now, New A/C , new floors going down, equipment recovered and fixed, new cardio equipment. These two mean business and know how to run a business. There are not many options for us in Dahlonega and the past owners knew this. Hats off to the new owners and the staff for making the change! I was happy to pay my yearly membership up front!

Experiencia fantástica: Found this gym while in town for a wedding. They are under new ownership and the space has everything you need. $5 day pass you can’t beat that.

Experiencia positiva: This place is under new ownership and will hopefully be better soon. This is a small gym with reasonable fees. There is basic equipment and the place is usually crowded.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been a member of this gym for several years with different owners. It was always known as “the dirty gym”. I’ve been extremely frustrated with how it’s been run in the PAST, but have stuck it out because I ❤️ the ladies fitness classes, & I care about my health !! The NEW owners have made wonderful improvements, the latest being new air conditioning, and new flooring is in the process of being installed !!! It’s been repainted, cleaned thoroughly, & new equipment has been added. We have a new instructor Monday, Wednesday & Friday for our fitness classes. She’s been teaching 13+ yrs and she amazing !! I hope you took the time to read this & will come check it out. Jon & Ray Linda are the new owners, they are local- she grew up here.
