Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a part of this gym for almost two years and can’t say enough about Coach Rami and Coach Ronnie. I’ve had an excellent experience as they are patient, friendly and most of all: ENCOURAGING! Coach Rami from the beginning showed that he truly understands what is necessary to help me meet my fitness goals. Plus—The facilities are always super clean and I love being part of the CrossFit HCP community!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been here several times while visiting my in laws and Coach Rami is so so friendly. Everyone I meet is very nice and encouraging. They make you feel at home and not like a drop in. It’s thus far my favorite box outside my home box.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in while on vacation and CrossFit HCP was was the best part of the vacation. Tara was super helpful to make sure I was signed up and ready to go and Rami was coaching the class. Even though I was only visiting, coach Rami carefully watched my lifts and gave me great advice. The gym is super clean. There are cleaning supplies throughout the gym and coach Rami thoroughly cleaned after the class. The location is awesome. Adjacent to the box is an quaint breakfast/coffee place and a brewery is opening up next door. Overall awesome experience and can’t wait to go back!!

Experiencia fantástica: Coach Rami is amazing. It’s great to see him operating his own place now. He has a great ability to help people at all fitness levels. He demonstrates the attitude and drive he expects from those in his classes.
