Anya Flow Yoga

Experiencia fantástica: Love this studio and its teachers. I had been trying out a handful of different yoga studios before I stumbled upon Anya Flow on Yelp 4 months ago and I've been a loyal regular since! Local, community oriented, and intimate, it is a really beautiful, serene space that is refreshing to see in the Los Alamitos/Cypress area. The owner and the teachers are all knowledgeable and welcoming, and I love how diverse they are; each brings their own style and passion to class. There's something for everyone! All of them really care about their students and are sincerely happy to help you in your practice, wherever you are, which is something that can be hard to find in bigger chain studios. I also like that they put on different workshops and community events, and even offer holistic health counselling! My favorite classes are taught by Susan, Gretchyn, and Elizabeth - I love Susan's for an intuitive graceful flow, Gretchyn's for her thoughtful positive energy, and Elizabeth's for a more dynamic and challenging class. Overall, great local studio with amazing teachers. Whether you've been practicing yoga for years or are just starting, this place is a gem.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a teacher at this studio but of course the reason why I became interested in this studio is the ambience of it. You walk in and feel soothed right away by the kind faces that greet you, and the beautiful energy that surrounds you. Anya Flow is great as it has such a great variety of classes to fit all levels and schedules, you just couldn't ask for more. The studio holds small to large classes and arranges workshops for the community to come together. Love this place.
