Wooyang, Jessica and Minjeong are very friendly and it is evident that they care for all of their clients. Most importantly, I always feel like I’ve worked out (sweat to prove it)!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely enjoy coming to this place! Let me tell you why. I had a high ankle sprain and the pain lasted over a year. My hips were unaligned due to wearing a boot for 3 months and I felt intense pain when stretching. However, Aileen understood my situation and was very attentive. After a few private classes, I started to feel less pain on my hips and ankle. On top of that, I felt good about myself again! I highly recommend giving this place a try, especially if you're recovering from an injury! Ask for Aileen :)
