Not only was the facility pristine and comprehensive with everything I could possible want in a gym, Eva at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating! She took me on a tour of the beautiful facility and made my trial week so easy! I will most definitely return to Snap Fitness in the future! Experiencia fantástica: Chill, well-equipped gym that isn't busy whenever I go! Staff and other members are friendly. Snap being open 24/7 (besides Friday evening cleaning 5-8pm) is very convenient for those who may choose to come at various hours of the day.

Experiencia fantástica: Love our local, personal fitness gem known as SNAP Fitness. It has a nice array of equipment, my personal fav being the Keiser cycle, as well as a tidy layout of its equipment, giving ample space to stretch, with plenty of stations to get down to business. It's 24 hour access allows you to stop by for a quick workout, stretch, or water fill up whenever you want and the owner Alan provides a friendly atmosphere, clean floor and equipment, as well as an attentive and helpful staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Plenty of equipment for a good workout, but definitely lacking a few machines that a commercial gym would have simply because there isn't space for them. Never crowded and has a semiprivate feel. Staff hours are a normal work day and staff are very friendly. There is a bathroom and water fountain.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the convenience and easy access to all of the workout equipment I could ever need. Hard to make excuses when your gym is just a short jog away from home. Dropped my 24-Hour Fitness membership for Snap! I highly recommend my local Snap gym.

The first thing I immediately realized is that everyone was nice, respectful and quiet. 2nd thing that I really like is that the place was really clean! No sweaty smell nor sticky feeling. Because they provide the towel and sanitizer. so every time you used the machine you need to really clean it. I agree with other comments. It is a pretty basic gym place. But good enough to workout the whole body

Experiencia fantástica: Super lovely staff, very clean overall - equipment, bathroom, etc. Excellent cleaning protocols in general! The members here are quite clean and generally friendly as well. One even helped guide me how to use the butterfly machine. The equipment works well and fits our needs! Nice and chill energy here. Not overwhelming like other big name gyms. Yay Los Altos Snap!

Experiencia fantástica: It's open 24/7 which means I can workout on my schedule (even holidays). It has everything you need for a great workout. Doesn't have frills, but it does have anything a motivated person needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Of the several gyms I have been in, this is by far the best. It is small, but has an adequate number of free weights, machines and cardio. The members are courteous and considerate, and the manager is personable and will act upon your request if it is possible. There are personal trainers available for individual appointment (for a fee).

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been a member for a number of years now. A great neighborhood gym with easy access and parking. Allen and his team are friendly and helpful. It is facility that you enjoy going to because there are familiar faces who get to know you over time. It is the perfect place for us to stay in shape with cardio, machines, and free weights.

Experiencia fantástica: I just moved to the area and was looking for a gym that wasn't too crowded, had the core equipment I needed (free weights and cable machines), and was willing to accomodate a short term agreement. This was the -only- gym within five miles of home that fit the bill. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. This was s a great find and I couldn't be more pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: Snap Fitness Los Altos is a great little gym. It has all the free weights and equipment I need to have a great workout. I also like that it is not too busy and I don’t have to wait for equipment. Members are courteous and are conscious of Covid protocols for space and cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Snap Fitness is one of my favorite places to work out — it's quiet, clean and the staff is exceptionally helpful. I've been to many Snap Fitness locations throughout California, and I can say without a doubt that this Los Altos location is the cleanest, and has some of the best maintained equipment. Special shoutout to Lia who works at the front desk, who is always eager to help answer a question about a piece of equipment or freeze my membership if I'm out of town. Thanks Lia! I've been coming here for years, and will continue to do so into the future!

Experiencia fantástica: This is an updated review, one where I raised the review from a 1 star to a 5 star. The crew at this Snap Fitness deserve it for their care and attention since the issue I had. I last posted my review many months ago when I had an issue contacting the front desk after multiple attempts. The manager and staff rectified the issue, trained a top notch staff, and have taken excellent care of me and my family. I am grateful for their obvious care and attention they have taken (even without knowing about this review). I have used this gym in the past and should I be in a position to go again, I will take my business to them. I encourage families and friends to work out here! General notes: * The gym is always clean * Tons of great, well-maintained equipment and space * Professional staff, trainers, and management * Good music and ability to control the TV when no others are there. * Sometimes slow to the phone or responding to messages * Receptive to feedback and making changes based on feedback

Experiencia fantástica: Nice club with a convenient location. Management is friendly and club is very clean. Good variety of machines, etc. given somewhat limited space.

Experiencia fantástica: I like how friendly the staff and owner are. The facility is kept very clean. The other folks who work out there are very polite, courteous, careful to wipe down the machines after their workout. I LOVE the fact I can work out there any time of day even holidays.
