Experiencia fantástica: I rate this studio 5 stars! It was absolutely amazing. The instructor is very accommodating, friendly, and professional. I did the restorative yoga class and I fell in love. It was amazing and very relaxing. I would recommend this place to everyone. It was a smaller class so it was almost as if we got one on one personal training. I will definitely be going back to this place!

I felt right at home on my first visit. The instructors are very professional, highly educated and welcoming. The space is clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing. I also completed their teacher training program which is top notch. I have learned so much about yoga and myself through attending their classes. Yoga Selah is a true gem and you will not find a better place to advance your practice!

Out of the four instructors I’ve had, each practice has been unique, challenging, and enjoyable. The studio is clean and well equipped and the class sizes seem well fit to the space without any feeling of being too close to others.

From yin to flow to advanced classes, every class and instructor is of the highest caliber. Rebecca and Taylor have revolutionized my practice and taken it to places I didn't think I could go. The instructors were also very knowledgeable and accommodating during my pregnancy and helped me to continue my practice well into my third trimester as well as get back in shape postpartum. Everyone is so welcoming--you'll feel right at home from the first moment you walk in. If you're looking for a yoga studio in Forsyth County, you need to try Yoga Selah!

Every single instructor I have met so far is truly here to share the abundance that they have been bestowed upon. I have had the fortune to travel the World and there has been so many instances when I wish to tell the instructor: why are you doing this? Followed with: can you spot when your passion for yoga was extinguished? Yoga Selah is literally an Oasis in the city of Cumming. I feel mega super blessed to have found them.
