Experiencia fantástica: I attended my first boot camp at BOOM Fitness and it will not be my last! Everyone in attendance had a common goal -get in shape and stay healthy. Karen works with you during the class and makes sure you are doing each series correctly so you get the most bang out of that round of exercises. After my afternoon class was over, I still felt the calorie burn into the evening. The post-boot camp energy was remarkable. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I found my new favorite class at BOOM fitness! I was dedicated to 1 class a week at another gym. When the class was canceled I started looking for a new class to join. That's when I found the monthly schedule for BOOM with all different kinds of classes. I tried a Mash Mix class which was a combination of each class they offer. This class is so much fun. I love that the music is relevant, the class is a fun workout, but most importantly, the ladies were awesome! Karen lead the class and shows up different options we can do based on our fitness level. I also went to an Open House where I got to see and try all the classes for FREE. I brought my youngest to experience all that BOOM has to offer for her age group. She had such a great time and found a class that works for her. Since kids and adults have classes at the same time, it's a great way for a family to workout together. We love all the BOOM has to offer!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out with Karen even before Boom, and what I love when I dont make it, she will check on me. I love that she pushes me. When I'm focused on working out, eating healthier and doing her bootcamps you can loose weight. Its not just about that, she is a friend who helps each of us and there is no judgement from anyone. We all are there to help each other.

Experiencia fantástica: I apologize in advance if this comes off long winded. I met Karen briefly when she was an instructor at another local gym. I think I only attended a class or two before she embarked on her adventure in opening BOOM. I knew she had a pretty loyal following, and many planned to join her new fitness studio. When someone asked me if I planned to make the switch, I kinda brushed it off with a “ I really like her and her classes! But I can work out with any instructor here just the same.” It wasn’t long after this, Karen presented me with an opportunity that allowed me to try the studio out. Let me just say I was sooo wrong. Karen is not just “any” instructor. I’ve never met a more invested person. She whole heartily cares and puts her heart in soul into you and her classes. The atmosphere there is FANTASTIC. You’re surrounded by the most supportive people that come from all walks of life. My kids ADORE Karen and all the member there. I’ve made friends that are more like family now. So what I’m saying is take advantage of a free class and see what its all about!

Experiencia fantástica: I spent about a year looking for a gym to join after having my babies and I’m so glad that I found BOOM! It’s such a fun, uplifting gym! Everyone has been so nice and welcoming it makes going to the gym fun! My kids also enjoy coming with me and playing in the daycare. If you are looking for a gym I would highly recommend BOOM Fitness Studio-Culpeper!

Experiencia fantástica: This is such an amazing fitness studio. I’ve always been uncomfortable in group fitness (no coordination, clumsily, and no strength or stamina)...none of my excuses mattered! Everyone at the gym is supportive and encouraging. This is a truly wonderful environment and community of women (and men) that are trying to become their best selves and help others do the same. Modifications are offered for those with back, knee, shoulder, wrist, ankle, etc. problems. Best decision I’ve made was joining this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Boom Fitness- Karen pushes and inspires members to give it their best. We are like a family there, and members all support each other. There is a sense of community there that you cannot find in a big box gym. Both the studio space and the childcare area are kept very clean, all surfaces and toys are disinfected after every use. Again, there is a level of attention to detail here that you will not get from the big corporate gyms in town.
