Experiencia fantástica: This gym is amazing. Anita Smith Ploppert is amazing. They have literally changed my life in so many ways. If you want to go to a gym that makes you feel like you belong there, this is the gym for you. Anita, owner and trainer is amazing. She is caring, professional, smart and keeps her gym clean. That's means alot to me . She actually cares about each member and she spends the time with you to make sure you are doing the workouts correctly,and it shows. If she didn't you would be wasting your money. I see now how working out hard consistently but safely will get you, I am 30 pounds lighter and have lost 35 inches all over total. If you are willing to put in the work she will be by your side the whole time.. It has been an amazing journey that I am so excited to continue. I am healthier and happier. I highly recommend them!! If you really want to get healthy and fit this is the gym for you:)) Thank you for helping me make all these wonderful positive changes in my life. I started on April 5, 2021.

Experiencia fantástica: Great little gym in Cullman. I was working in town for a few weeks and found this gem. Small, but they had everything I needed and even had spin classes in the evenings. Everybody was super nice and the owner Anita was awesome. Definitely recommend it.
