Experiencia fantástica: Went to speak with the staff to inquire about a 2-week pass or “drop in” rate and Eric & his staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the hospitality you always find in the Box and look forward to working out here while I am visiting TX this month. 5* customer service!

Experiencia fantástica: I started about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! One of the best decisions of my life! The staff are very friendly at the gym and Eric is an awesome coach. I have read online about other people (in the US) that have not had good experiences with their coach/trainers. That is not the experience I have had here! Eric met with me and went over my health and past medical history as far as injuries and even gave me information on a meal plan. Let me put it to you this way. Today I went to class TWICE because I really do enjoy it! I am a regular person with a family and I just want to improve my health. I am not training for anything in particular. If you are in the vacinity of Gonzales, Texas you really need to come check out this gym and Crossfit class. The prices are amazing as well!

Experiencia fantástica: Polemistis CrossFit is the best place to work out hands down. The coach, Eric Lipsey, takes time to understand what you need and truly cares about you and your workouts. CrossFit is filled with comradery and fun, and Eric and the rest of the Polemistis family uphold this very well. Not only is it fun, but you get results with working out. With Polemistis CrossFit, it is actually fun to come in and get a good, workout!
