Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a gym in my area who offers classes! Goal Fitness not only offers classed, they are a full service gym who treats you like a family member as soon as you walk in the door! I was blessed to find Goal Fitness! I love ❤️ it!!

It was an oversight on the administrative end***Me and my family had a membership for this gym asked him to cancel it and then 3 weeks later charged us for the gym after we had asked him nicely to cancel it he said yes then didn’t cancel it he’s a scammer trying to make money would not recommend this gym to anyone

Experiencia fantástica: Very chill staff. The owners are very nice too. The place is clean and I didn't have any trouble with the other gym goers. When we ultimately had to cancel our subscription they were very cool about it. I just called and said I needed to cancel and they said no problem and figured it out for me. They didn't try to ask me any questions or give me a discount to keep me on. I really appreciate that.

Experiencia fantástica: Really like this gym. My husband and I picked this gym due to the equipment diversity, cleanliness, atmosphere, and the afternoon classes. The classes are in HIIT style and are a good workout. It’s a great way to learn some good exercises if you’re a but if a newbie like my husband and I. The equipment is all pretty new, and is kept clean. No weird gym sock smell either! The trainers are all very charismatic and fun, which is needed when you are a sloth like me. :) The atmosphere is also very inviting. I don’t get any weird barrier vibe like some gyms where it feels like it’s only for professional body builders, and lots of women come here too (I am a woman btw) and it feels inviting. Hope this helps some people on their search.

Just trying to make this 60 year old body stronger, healthier! The staff at CORE are so helpful in modifying workouts so I can do it without injury. Adam and Meg strive to make all of us feel like family!! It’s a small gym with a huge heart!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for that personal touch in a gym!!

Nutrition bar with cool drinks, they actually taste good not just look good! The most important fact is the trainers. They have built a positive vibe environment. Everyone supports each other in their goals. No matter how you look or where you are in your fitness journey you are accepted. They trainers will customize a program just for you. If your a lady who prefers a just ladies crew I urge you to check in with Meg. She runs ‍♂️ a top notch ladies brand. Her ladies night, is so much fun. I wont spoil it with details. Experiencia fantástica: I discovered Core Fitness Academy shortly after they opened. I have been a regular personal training client for 4.5 years. The goal I had when I found them was to complete a half marathon at age 63. Since then I have completed 5 half marathons. This is a very family oriented gym. The trainers are all great. The group classes can be a lot of fun. My husband trains with James 2x a week. Throughout the pandemic they have been here for us...training us via zoom. Not ideal but it helped keep us on track. If you have a fitness goal, there is not a more convenient gym to use in Abita Springs area.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Core Fitness Academy about 5 months ago. I tried other gyms and they don't even come close to this place . From the moment you walk in you are treated like FAMILY not a customer. All the equipment that you would need for any type of workout. There is always someone there to help you no suggestion box needed. I take advantage of there fitness coaching program and with the help from the coaches I have gotten even closer to my fitness goals they give you the extra push when you think you don't have it in you to do that last set. Would not go anywhere else.

They are so open and understanding, very family orientated, very educated and serious! If you need motivation, if you want a place that is up-and-coming on the North Shore, or if you like to work out alone-this is the place for you!
