They don't do the typical annoying "just 5 more reps" attitude. Instead they learn what you are capable of and push you there and ensure you don't overdo it. Here's how it works: Walk in and ask any one to direct you to Kenny. Then tell them about what you want, whether it is full body Cryo treatment, localized cryo, hydro therapy, light therapy, general workout, workout group class, kids class, specific training for a specific position in a specific sport, recovery for specific injury, strength building, endurance, muscle mass, etc. They tell you what it costs and provide you with thorough details. The prices are extremely fair, and infinitely less expensive that physical therapy, etc.
