Experiencia fantástica: It is an amazing gym, everything about it and the coaches/kids that go there are amazing. Now people that don't stay there for more than 2 months, don't stay there because they cant handle what it takes to be a boxer.

Experiencia fantástica: I love training with my new trainer Zeonca. She truly pushes us to our limits and help us reach our goals. No matter how many work outs I do on my own, it's nothing like having that extra motivation to keep you moving forward! The sisterhood is refreshing! It's encouraging to see women support, push, encourage, and uplift one another. Though the drive for me is long some evenings with traffic, I know my efforts will not be in vain. Consistency is key!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym will become a second home if you are motivated...and if you have no motivation you can find it here after watching some others out in work...my hands are semi deadly now thanks to the coaches...they even have personal counseling if necessary!! Invest in yourself, invest in your health!!

Experiencia fantástica: I looooove the positive motivational attention, and support the coaches give all of the young men, and women that attend this gym. They offer classes 3 times a week at a very affordable monthly rate. In comparison to other activities my son participates in he is treated like family here instead of just another member. All of the staff are concerned, respectful, professional, and exhibit great interpersonal skills. The coaches offer the necessary amount of authority to push their patrons to try harder without being overbearing. If I had any qualms I’d say the gym could offer a memo board or text message announcements for upcoming events and schedule changes. All events are told to the patrons in person so if you miss a class you’ll be out of the loop until you return. Other than that the service we’ve receive is stellar, and we will continue to patronize!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for training and sparring if your interested in boxing. A professional boxing ring, a few punching bags, treadmills, and jump ropes makes this a great boxing gym to level up your skill. I personally like the mirrors on the wall, it makes shadow boxing more interesting.
