Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I've been a member of 10-12 gyms in my life and this is my all-time favorite. FANTASTIC variety of equipment and a great selection of kick-ass classes. The location is great for me (I can literally walk to and from work from there) and the people are just plain cool. Big shout-outs to Gavin, Heather and Catherine!! Thank you for your kindness and your generosity with your time and knowledge. Join. You'll be glad you did.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a work trip to Covington and was looking for a place to workout and found this place on Google. Its a pretty good sized gym with a lot of equipment. The locker room was nice and had a pretty fancy sauna in it. The cardio theater on the second floor was spacious and had plenty of equipment too. I went around 3 in the afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all, was able to get my full workout in without having to wait for equipment. Will definitely come back the next time I'm in town

Experiencia fantástica: This is an excellent gym!! Staff is amazing and you have the options of just doing your own thing or they have classes to help. Excellent condition. And they keep it nice and cool for when you start to break a sweat from your work out. Also 24/7 access. Great place highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member at Bogue Falaya Fitness for years now and I have to say BFF is the best gym in town. They have everything you need to get in shape and stay in shape. The machines are up to date as well as the weights and accessories. The staff and owner are super friendly and the members there are consistent so when you are working out there you feel like you are with your family. The fictitious reviewer "Tee Hee" is a complete and utter cheapskate moron. To give one star rating to this gym means either its a dirt poor, trashy, lazy slob who posted, or competition that is trying to give a bad fake review. BFF is the gym to belong to!

The equipment is always clean and in working order and they have a wide variety of classes that are included in their very reasonable monthly membership fee. Located right in the middle of Covington so it is convenient. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
