Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. Not a bunch of teeny boppers there standing around hogging space. Love to see the variety in ages, colors, genders, and fitness types there! Gym does need a little more space in the free weight/smith machine areas. It's a little tight but not crazily bothersome. If you're doing a kick butt workout, you don't mind but kinda wish there was a little more room. Fantastic cardio machine options and cardio Theatre is a great feature! Awesome gym!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice gym. It's small, but there is so much equipment and many elliptical machines. There's also a pool and a cinema room where you watch movies while you work out. I like it, there's no teens or bothersome people who come to the gym to take pics and stare at people.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member here for 5 years now and they constantly have worked to make the equipment better. Members and staff are incredibly nice. Super clean and overall an amazing gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Owwwwww i love it here... im currently training for a triathlon and had been dealing with the disguisingness that is La fitness' pool... cold, dumped with chlorine and yuck! N half the time when I went all the dang lanes were full I was so over it when a girlfriend told me about Alcovy!!!! I immediately went up and the Lovely Ms. Sarah showed me around told me the pool was HEATED n i could reserve a lane! BAM sign me up... i started swimming the next a.m AND I LOVED IT!!! the 5am faces, Mr. Sean n Miss. Lyndsey are friendly and full of smiles so its a very pleasent a.m workout!! The locker rooms and entire facility are super clean and they have alll kinds of classes!!!!!! Here to stay!!!!

I love the aqua-fitness classes (especially PowerSplash), while my husband prefers to run on the treadmill while watching movies in the theater room. We are very pleased with all the amenities offered here. Looking forward to trying the barre class, as well as some other classes & possibly working with one of their personal trainers in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: They upgraded their machines making them one of the best gyms in town. I love the atmosphere, the fact that they give us towels to use, and they have fun classes as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I am partially disabled. I joined the gym for the heated pool exercises to help my arthritis and spinal stenosis. Sara and her team were absolutely amazing in providing specialized help for me with the pool. Words cannot express how grateful I am to the entire staff.

This business has a loving support system that each person who walks through their doors will appreciate. Highly recommend this place if you live in the area! Our family doesn’t mind the drive because of all the great people here and the variety of classes they offer. Check them out!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member less than year. I'm loving all the options this gym offers. I am really liking the improvements to the facility and classes this year. The management and staff are always helpful and courteous. BEST in the area!

Experiencia fantástica: I have not been to look over the facility as of yet. I'm going primarily because of the indoor pool, work up to cardiology. The annual membership is more inexpensive than my insurance copay would be for aquatic physical therapy. I can do my own. Their hours are excellent very accommodating. Each person who answered questions were courteous. Management was knowledgeable and gave a comparison of monthly to annual. Less expensive if you go annual, but one has the option to start monthly to try out the facilities. As long as it's clean, I'll join. I plan to visit within the next week.

There’s an entire CARDIO CINEMA ... it’s a movie theatre , but instead of chairs, there are treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes , Classes( spin,barre , body pump, water classes, Zumba, line dancing , fusion dance, tai chi ) , personal trainers, great staff, free weights, machines, cardio equipment .. stair climbers, riwers, etc , a squat rack, trx, a pool , a hot tub, sauna , squat rack, smith machines, free weights. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and it's like a family!

Experiencia fantástica: I literally go here every week, when I can. The machines are good. The locker room and bathroom are typically clean and up to par. The customer service is great. They are very helpful and attentive to your needs. This is an awesome place to work out. I would put this gym up against both Planet Fitness and LA Fitness. Ths gym is that great. Perfect 5 out of 5 from me.

The group fitness class instructors are great and you have a lot of fun while getting a great workout - there are step classes, boduA lot of cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights so you have a lot of options. The membership prices are reasonable.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been using a pass this week to check out the gym and classes and so far I love it! I plan on getting a membership when my 5 day pass expires.

Experiencia fantástica: Alcovy recently parted ways with nuvi sion personal training. I already love this gym, but I love it even more. My card was incorrectly charged because of nuvision which is normally a nightmare to get a refund. The personal training rep sean at alcovy was great understanding and simply verified that was card was incorrectly and issued a refund. No fight No Hassel. All he did was verify that the transaction was incorrect. BEST PROCESS EVER!!!!! THE GYM IS ALREADY GREAT AND SO ARE THE TRAINERS, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR PERSONAL TRAINING MADE IT 200 TIMES BETTER. THANKS! Alcovy fitness personal training is the way to go.
